In addition, the ordering machine rang several times before someone came out. The clerk had a bad face from the beginning to the end. He never looked at the customer from the time he came out to make milk tea to handing the milk tea to us, as if someone owed him millions.

I had a disappointing experience at Bengong Boba Tea. When I came up to the register, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge my presence until I said hi. He was very short with me and just said, “order there,” while he was too busy playing games. Maybe it’s a Gen Z style where they don’t greet people? The drink was okay, but definitely not worth the high price. With such poor customer service and overpriced drinks, I don’t see this shop staying in business for long. I wouldn’t recommend this place—go somewhere else. Btw, ya’ll can see his response below

Another great part of Ben Gong is the reasonable pricing. For the quality of drinks you receive, the prices are more than fair, making it a great place for casual visits. The atmosphere is another bonus as it is a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax and enjoy your drink. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by the kind staff who always go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Overall, Ben Gong deserves 5 stars given their friendly staff, diverse drink selection, reasonable prices, and great atmosphere!
Spent almost $8 on peach oolong milk tea plus tax, there is NOT A SINGLE REAL PEACH in there. Unbelievable!

Most authentic Chinese milk tea in Dallas area. I am a big favor of BenGong tea. Highly recommend everybody go there and try a cup. The taste is amazing and service experience is pleasant.
This place used to be my favorite place to get boba. Despite the listed hours, we came at 1 pm, and the worker was turning off all the lights and machines. After we placed the order, the worker told us she was in a hurry to close the place. I paid extra for boba in my drinks, and didn't receive it. Normally, the drinks come in see through cups; however, this time, she put the drinks in paper cups so I wasn't able to see there wasn't boba in the drink until I had already left. I would have been fine if the worker told us she was closing and couldn't serve us so I could get quality boba elsewhere before wasting my time and money here.
