Fav bubble tea place in Dallas 🥰
good as always. new items!
Their osmanthus rice milk tea is to die for
It’s very nice! I like the milk tea. The store is not too large, but the design is very nice!
Drinks are fine but customer service and whole experience is awful, nobody in the front to take order and greeting or anything. They just hear some ding and make the order and give and don’t look at you or anything. Wouldn’t be back because overall experience was whatever.
summer mulberry is phenomenal and citrusy, personal fav, loveeee the passion fruit one.love the fresh limes!! amazingly fragrant chinese teas (milk ones are class too) and top-notch add-ons.
(cheese slushes are a miss sometimes unless you top it with extra cheese foam — do 125%)
Not worth the price.
This store is the reason why I drive 30’ to get the tea with barley topping and rice . There’s no other place in Dallas that has barley add on .
Fruit tea has 0 fruity taste but just adding a few fruits on top.
But Cheese slush was great!
This is located inside 99 ranch market. There are a lot of competitors in the area, but their drinks are unique. I had a hot peach oolong milk tea, which is different from other milk teas I’ve had. I like that I could control the sweetness, and I chose 25% which was the right subtleties of sweet that I like. I felt the milk tea could be more hot; it felt warm. There was a kiosk to order, and someone didn’t come out of the kitchen until after you order. Service was quick and friendly though. I like that they have their own seating area too!

i like the service and drink :)
As a frequent visitor to this bubble tea place, love taste of every bubble tea I purchased. Love the staff member there and the vibe. Must have for date nights
Waited for 30mins. They forgot my drink.
The milk tea tasted delicious, but the pearls in the milk tea disappeared after two sips. It felt like there wasn't much left in the evening, and I was too lazy to cook a new pot, so I poured the fugen directly to the guests. In addition, the ordering machine rang several times before someone came out. The clerk had a bad face from the beginning to the end. He never looked at the customer from the time he came out to make milk tea to handing the milk tea to us, as if someone owed him millions.
I recently visited a milk tea place located inside Ranch 99 Market, and it was quite convenient. The standout item for me was the fruit tea; it was refreshing and packed with flavor. However, the special milk tea was just okay—not bad, but not memorable either. The service was quick, so if you’re in the area and looking for a quick drink, this spot is worth checking out!
