Not much atmosphere to speak of its in a grocery store, but the boba here is fantastic. I do mean the boba it's the best from anywhere. The drinks are also great, but they can run out of that fantastic boba later in the day so be sure to get there early in the day, you won't be disappointed.

Tasted 3 drinks and all of them were not what we'd expect. All time favourite Taro was not available, so couldn't compare it with how others make it. This is inside the 99 Ranch store and still has ample seating and is maintained well.

I enjoyed the cheesefoam on my jasmine tea, but the tea was bitter. Not sure if it was oversteeped or not fresh, but it wasn't my favorite. The tapioca pearls were cooked well. The service was good, but I did have to wait a while before someone took my order. My main complaint is the price. I paid $7.85 for this drink whereas other places charge about 6.50. Maybe I should've gotten a menu item they are better known for. Maybe I will give another try!

Love Ben gong! Convenient location if you want to do a grocery run inside 99 ranch. Sometimes the line can get a little long and the hours are a little weird, but if you're lucky enough to catch them open, I recommend the Grape Slush, Peach oolong (hot version with no barley), and cheese da hong pao if you really like that strong taste of tea. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They're usually pretty fast about getting your order together but if they take a little while, there's some seating on the side and benches for you to wait at as well.
Very good drinks. Fresh and unique combo of flavors. Refreshing on a hot day. Can take abit so patience is key.

This is a must-stop whenever I'm in the Frisco area!I absolutely love their mango cheese slush drink. It's a refreshing drink with cheese foam on the side and a mango slushie. The drinks are not overly sweet which is perfect for me. My sister also loves their mango pamelo sago drink which reminds her of Vietnam.They have different options along with quality teas if you love that. Drinks are carefully made by the workers each time, and their boba is always chewy. There is a small seating area, but I usually buy my drink before/after shopping at 99 Ranch.
