Best of Thai delivers a meal that’s as beautiful as it is delicious 🌺 Every dish shows real care in both presentation and flavor — from the rich, comforting coconut chicken soup to the light, perfectly seasoned heart-shaped fried rice 💛 The mango sticky rice dessert, arranged like a delicate rose and drizzled with creamy coconut sauce, was stunning and refreshing 🥭✨ A place that truly delights both the eyes and the palate.

All I can tell you is do not order from Uber eats You probably get a lot bigger portion sizes in the restaurant. My order was $92 and the entrees were the smallest from an Asian restaurant that I have ever purchased. So I'm not going to rate their food bad but don't order delivery because they will definitely skimp you. It took 2 hours to get here. Not cool

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it will absolutely be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

We were three people, yet the staff refused to give us a table with four chairs for no valid reason. Instead, we were shoved into a tiny corner by the window, practically on the roadside. Uncomfortable, careless, and disrespectful.

It took over 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and take our order—despite multiple reminders. The restaurant was severely understaffed, with barely two people running the entire place, which clearly shows poor management. Completely unacceptable.

Let’s be clear: this is NOT a premium restaurant, yet the prices are ridiculously high for Thai food with shockingly small portions. Whether dining in or taking out, the containers were half empty, looking like leftovers. This is borderline insulting and an absolute rip-off.

Water was served once at the beginning and then never again until the check was dropped. After the food was placed on the table, the staff disappeared entirely. Every single request required us to walk to the counter and chase them down.

This is clearly not an isolated incident, as many other reviews mention the same issues—terrible service, poor portions, and bad management. Nothing has changed, and it shows.

Save your time, money, and patience. There are far better places to eat than this disaster of a restaurant.

The customer service here has been consistently EXCELLENT each time I visit. They remember your name, your past orders, and have always fixed an issue I had with a plate (in response some reviews below). It really is in a romantic area of the square and a great date night option. One of the more outstanding businesses in the area always a good option for dinner when there is no time to cook.

I am Thai food fan. I tired Tom kha soup, yellow curry fried rice with shrimp and green curry chicken pizza. The food taste is just avg. Tom kha soup is deadly average. Fried rice and pizza are ok.

Might be the Best Thai food but it sure is not the best service. Sat down at a dirty bar. 10 mins no acknowledgement even walked by 2 times and never said would be there to greet us....Manager came to pour beer and asked if we had been helped cause she saw us here for a while. Said no and she cleaned the bar in front of us and said bartender would be over. Another 10 mins and no one. So we left never got to see if the food was the best or not. Guess we'll never know

We have been eating here for years. They recently increased their prices and their recipes were changed a little. I was shocked when I was charged $21 for a low mein noodle with shrimp. The menu prices did not match what we were charged. I called and spoke with a gentleman and he told me the pricing was recently increased. When asked why it doesnt match the menu price, he said they are working on it. $72 for pad woon sen, tom yum soup and 2 low main noodles with shrimp is a bit overpriced. Unfortunately we won't be going back due to these recent changes. The food is good but the price increase is a bit much.

I’ve had Thai food from a couple of restaurants around Frisco and this one by far serves the biggest serving and it’s pretty good. My favorite dish to get is the Pad Thai noodles and it always hits the spot. With the cashews, peanuts, and fresh veggies, I could eat this once a week.

Very poor quality of the food. Fried rice just had chicken, onion. Ordered Thai, curry friend rice very disappointed.

I ordered two Thai fried rice, and the portions were shockingly smaller—barely three-fourths of what I used to get before. When I called the restaurant to point it out, the person on the phone was completely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the issue. I paid full price but got less food and zero customer service. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

This place was truly amazing! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Eli was so kind and helpful. If you decide to go to Best Thai ask if Eli is working he won’t disappoint!
