We have been eating here for years. They recently increased their prices and their recipes were changed a little. I was shocked when I was charged $21 for a low mein noodle with shrimp. The menu prices did not match what we were charged. I called and spoke with a gentleman and he told me the pricing was recently increased. When asked why it doesnt match the menu price, he said they are working on it. $72 for pad woon sen, tom yum soup and 2 low main noodles with shrimp is a bit overpriced. Unfortunately we won't be going back due to these recent changes. The food is good but the price increase is a bit much.

I’ve had Thai food from a couple of restaurants around Frisco and this one by far serves the biggest serving and it’s pretty good. My favorite dish to get is the Pad Thai noodles and it always hits the spot. With the cashews, peanuts, and fresh veggies, I could eat this once a week.

I ordered two Thai fried rice, and the portions were shockingly smaller—barely three-fourths of what I used to get before. When I called the restaurant to point it out, the person on the phone was completely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the issue. I paid full price but got less food and zero customer service. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

This place was truly amazing! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Eli was so kind and helpful. If you decide to go to Best Thai ask if Eli is working he won’t disappoint!

Absolutely no taste at all .. NO salt .. taste like boiled rice . It’s impossible to Thai food this Bland . Will never again order from this restaurant… most BLAND thi food I have ever eaten in my life …👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

You better hope nothing goes wrong with your order… it will be your fault and they will not correct it. Period. Just scroll and read the comments w low scores, they all say they won’t fix it and they are rude. It’s comical! So many people can’t be wrong! No clue how to run customer service, they prefer to keep the 7.00 profit and just lose a customer… Been here so many times…never again. No need for you to reply to me that you are sorry for the inconvenience, save it! Just look at every one of their replies from the restaurant on Google reviews, they only say sorry.. not one says please reach out so we can make it right.
Tom yum tasted like pure fish sauce Larb salad was 18.00 for an under portion serving (see pic) and full of sugar. So sweet it was not good.… so small and it was 18.00…it’s only chicken diced up!!!!! Management is rude! Go somewhere else. Horrible.

The place smells funky, but the food is amazing! I always get the pad see ew with tofu or vegetables, sticky rice when I want to splurge. I haven't been there in a while since the prices went up, but as long as you are fine with the cost, you'll get great food!
