I am writing this review because what I experienced here was beyond disappointing, it was shocking. In all my years of eating out, I have never witnessed something like this. I genuinely wish I could speak directly with the owner to prevent this kind of nonsense from happening to anyone else.
We ordered Malai Kofta, a very standard Indian dish. What arrived at our table looked nothing like Malai Kofta. Instead, it literally resembled Gulab Jamun sitting in gravy. When we questioned it, the response was even more unbelievable. The staff insisted, very confidently, that this sugary, dessert-like dish was their “version” of Malai Kofta. To make matters worse, the cook sent out two koftas: one soaked in syrup and one not, and told us that the only difference between the two was size. That was the explanation. I honestly could not believe what I was hearing.
At that point, it was clear there was no value in arguing. If a restaurant cannot acknowledge such a basic mistake, there is nothing left to discuss. The food is inconsistent, the presentation is careless, and the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional.
This was my first and last visit. I will absolutely be advising friends and family to stay away. No one should spend their money here only to be served a dessert pretending to be dinner, followed by excuses instead of accountability.

Prices are a bit expensive compared to other restaurants in the Plano and Frisco neighbourhood, but the ambience and food were very good. The place is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The experience was great, and the chutneys were a highlight, making me want to visit again. If you're planning to take your family to a vegetarian restaurant for dinner or lunch, this is the best place to do that.
I recently tried the dosa, and it was absolutely delightful! The crispy, golden-brown texture on the outside and the soft, slightly tangy flavor on the inside made every bite perfect.

2nd Visit We had a great experience the first time BUT this time it was disappointing.
Found hair in my Dosa filling. Completely unacceptable and could not finish our meal post that. Shared our concerns with the management and they apologised for the incident.
I hope this is taken seriously and gets addressed.
