“I ordered this online for pickup on my way home from work. My order was ready on time, and the wings were cooked and sauced perfectly. The 3 varieties of wings tasted hot & fresh. Veggie sticks were cool & crisp. Glad I gave this location another chance now that they've gotten the kinks worked out!

“Buffalo Wild Wings is usually a great spot, and we had a mostly enjoyable time. I brought my kids in, and everything was going well until a woman started loudly berating the to-go staff right in front of everyone. She was yelling, being incredibly rude, and just completely out of line.

As a mom, it was upsetting to have my children witness that kind of behavior. The staff handled it with grace especially the manager, who stayed calm and tried to defuse the situation, even while running a very busy restaurant. Unfortunately, the woman kept causing a scene, and her two friends joined in too. It got so bad.

It’s really a shame that people feel entitled to act that way in public. I don’t blame the staff at all they did an excellent job keeping things professional under pressure. Honestly, I would’ve asked them to leave much sooner. No one should have to tolerate that, especially in front of families trying to enjoy a night out.“
