Needed a cake at the last minute, didn’t know what I wanted. Batch Bakery helped me settle on a chocolate cake, actually, everything about it is chocolate. Outstanding customer service. Came back to the bakery in a few hours and the cake is ready to go. Have you seeen the pecan pies?!? hmmmmmmm. Recommend!

We have gone to batch bakery for a few years now and have had a wonderful experience with the staff every time! Their dessert items are always delicious and we purchase them for holidays regularly! I went into Batch today for a free dessert for names that start with A and when I mentioned that I just had a baby 10 days ago, she gave me a second free dessert item! It was so thoughtful and the sweetest gesture! ❤️

Ordered a cake for my sisters gender reveal and it was not as expected as the lady who took my order offered something that they could not do. Spoke with the manager and she offered me a refund. She never processed it or responded to my emails after I accepted the refund.

We use them for national pie day at my apartment community, and we gave away pies to our residents. Their pies were so delicious and so fresh and the residents loved it.. I tasted the apple and the Keylime and they were delicious. If you need a gift or you have an event, definitely call them and their communication is incredible. I haven’t been into the shop yet, but I intend to go in there and we intend to use them again.

i just went in and ordered a “name pie”. a young girl greeted me at the front and i told her what i was there for and showed her my ID, she looked at it and just nodded her head so i asked “is that it?” and she said yes and went to the back (kitchen?)im waiting for like 10-15 mins and a young man comes out and asks if im waiting on someone. i said “no im waiting for a pie.” he proceeds to ask what flavor i wanted and pulled out the pie from the front and handed it to me in under 5 secs. so this girl wasted my time and basically completely ignored me… terrible customer service

Leah incorporates other local businesses selling their items in the front of her Bakery. Leah is consistently stepping up her game with the baked goodies she and her incredible crew come up with. There isn’t a single detail Batch bakery mises. We were blessed for them to provide us with a letter name cake and a large sheet cake For Our Ribbon cutting. Every little details was taken cake of and put forth on display. The cakes wereMoist with fluffy icicing and decorated beautifully. Added specific details from our logo to take It over the top.Their bakery is beautifully decorated andWelcomes you with aromas fresh from the oven. They are kind and pleasant toWork with. You can’t see all they do in there Shop But ask To Speak to one of the bakers or the women and they will bring your dream Cake, pie, cookie or sweet treat to life. I have now had 3 flavorsOf cake and 2 pies. (I am a sucker for a good Key lime pie and theirs Is Top notch ) thank batch for making our ribbon cutting celebration amazing and so with our guest will remember.
