LOVE THE TEAM at this location! Made a reservation for a Friday night and sat right on time. The place was full and so many large parties, but the servers were rocking!! Julia and Kimberly are the best servers and we appreciate the hostess team up front (Hailey, Chloe, Emma). You all keep the customers happy and of course, the pizza was on point! Won’t take call in orders without payment. I’m not going to no-show for my order… I was driving and was told my options are to either tell them my credit card information while I’m driving down the highway or complete a payment link via text message. Absolutely ridiculous. The pizza is good, but there is always a ridiculously long wait even if they aren’t busy.

Our second visit but different location. Returned specifically for the “Brisket Lasagna” & thoroughly enjoyed it. Super flavorful: sauce, gooey cheese & meat were extremely tasty. “Cheese Nugz” were also a hit. Kim/Kimberly, our server took the best care of us at the bar. She was very attentive & made sure we were never forgotten. 😊 Thank you.

Another great time at Cane Russo. Service was a bit disappointing but that was first time after several visits, so we will let slide for now. Food was as always very good. Was a bit disappointed the keg of choice was kicked. Should always have a back up. But pizza was very good.

Went to cane rosso Frisco for a family outting and was HIGHLY UPSET. What was supposed to be a relaxing evening went completely left. We sat, ordered promptly and waited 45 mins for our food to come which is an oddly long time, we have never. Waited this long at the Carrollton location, once the food was brought out I was still waiting on a SALAD, the waiter ETHAN proceeds to tell me they forgot to put the entire order in then decided to make another tables food instead of completely our food.. at this point it’s been over an hour and all of our food isn’t at our table. Needless to say cane rosso failed completely and the “manager” didn’t even have the decency to come by and talk to us about the failed experience, instead he thought that taking $10 off would be enough. I felt completely disrespected and felt like my business wasn’t worthy of a conversation, while the AGM stood by the bar and watched the entire thing transpire. SO DISAPPOINTED.
Everything was an extra charge. For example the bread that came with the burrata wasn't enough. I'd much rather you give the proper amount of bread and charge accordingly rather than it seeming like nickel and dime.
