I have missed West Coast Mexican food for the three years I have lived in Texas and Casa Del Bro's food took me immediately there. Atmosphere was better than most take out, their service was good but their friendliness and smiles sold me.

This establishment replicates Chipotle style with a more hip touch. The Ice cream is great but the grill lacks flavor. Most of their meat is premade which kind of kills the purpose.

We enjoy the food and appreciate the delivery option (via Doordash) but they cannot get an order correct if I'm not in front of them during preparation. Last time they left out two upgrades that I paid for - queso and guacamole on the side of the kids meal. This time they omitted the chips that came with the meal. It took quite a while for the driver to pick up the order. Plenty of time to do quality control.
Also, on the web page, it confirmed my order for Friday (the correct day) evening. The email confirmation said it would be delivered on Sunday. I called to ensure I would be receiving my dinner on the proper day. The guy who answered the phone didn't know that there was a delivery option on their site or who would be doing it. At least someone answered the phone. When I have tried to call in the past, no one answered at all.
After all the last mess up where they forgot my side, I tried to email and leave feedback. No response. I really want them to be successful but quality and training doesn't seem to be a priority.

Pleasantly surprised by how good this place is. It’s a fast casual setting, but the food was really great. We had 6 in our group (4 adults and 2 kids). Everyone was happy. The white queso is worthy. Had the Baptized Burrito — burrito of your making that is smothered (really drowning) in queso. So good! Bowls and salads also great! And having the ice cream available at the same place was the cherry on top!!
