Same gloves handling the register, Money and food. No hand washing at all. I am from Philadelphia and this is appalling. First bite made me nauseated. Tossing in the trash..won't be returning..literally throwing all of it away.

Absolutely Aweful..meat was cold cheese was very little although I paid extra for cheese. Fries were stale..I totally remade my order just so my family would eat the 70 bucks of food I bought. I will never come back. Don't waste ur $.

Got half of what I ordered separated into 2 boxes…. Manager wasn’t even on duty…

Ordered two 8 inch sandwiches and ended up with two 4 inches. Food tasted terrible anyways… I called the manager and there was “no manager on duty”

First time I tried this place since it opened. The fries are absolutely amazing I highly recommend the Cajun fries. The chicken sandwich tasted good and felt light on the stomach

This restaurant is located within the walmart in North Frisco. The shop is pretty small but the service is nice and food tastes really good. I like ordering to go from this location.

Overall, really not good. Just go to the Charley's at Stonebriar instead.

I placed an online order for (4) sandwiches. The bread was not toasted as specified in the description on the menu. It was wet and soggy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location! I will not purchase from this location again. Not worth the money. Very very disappointi g!!

The Kimchi Cheesesteak is a must try here. Situated in the food court of the mall, the ladies that make it for you are a happy bunch. I had to ask for the hot sauce bcoz they thought I was too white to eat so spicy! 😆

I visited Charlie’s Cheesteak today inside Walmart in Frisco, TX, and I have to say, the service was just okay 😐. But the food? So good! 😋 The cheesesteaks were full of flavor and really hit the spot! 🥪 If you’re in the mood for a tasty cheesesteak, it’s worth stopping by! 🌟

This location is terrible. I ordered my food for delivery bc I was sick and didn’t want to drive as I was not feeling well. I had items missing, at least 4 items missing. I tried to call the store a few times and they never answered, causing me to drive to the store sick and in pain. The delivery guy didn’t even ring the doorbell, he just left my food outside. The guy, which Im guessing was the manager basically tried to say I was lying about getting my milkshake. Why would I drive all the way over to lie about a milkshake after paying a delivery fee??? I will never order from this location again! Your treatment of customers is TERRIBLE!
