I think these establishments might be a franchises as our experience has changed over the years. Long ago we stopped patronizing the restaurant due to cheese quality that caused stomach pains. Recently, we gave them another try and I get the feeling it is a family managed location that cares about their product quality. We love eating at Palio's by Walmart in Frisco. We usually eat there once a week. The pizza's are fantastic and they cook the chicken a really nice way so that everything with chicken is great, from pasta to pizza to salad. It's always a hard choice between Grace pizza or chicken parmesan or chicken alfredo. And the staff is so nice to help with everything from bringing the food to the table to bringing the togo boxes.
