I think these establishments might be a franchises as our experience has changed over the years. Long ago we stopped patronizing the restaurant due to cheese quality that caused stomach pains. Recently, we gave them another try and I get the feeling it is a family managed location that cares about their product quality. The service is friendly, the food quality is back to what made us fall in love with them in the first place, and the service to correct any mistakes is top tier. Their in-house delivery is prompt and their drivers are courteous and won’t hold you food hostage unlike other delivery services. Since returning to this location, our pie deliveries have always been fast and still hot. If you haven’t tried their food, or have had bad experiences in the past.. I highly encourage you to give them a try. The food and quality is great!Dietary restrictions: They have an excellent gluten free crust option that is thin, doesn’t fall apart, tastes great, and doesn’t break the bank unlike some other pizzerias!

We love eating at Palio's by Walmart in Frisco. We usually eat there once a week. The pizza's are fantastic and they cook the chicken a really nice way so that everything with chicken is great, from pasta to pizza to salad. It's always a hard choice between Grace pizza or chicken parmesan or chicken alfredo. And the staff is so nice to help with everything from bringing the food to the table to bringing the togo boxes. Also very clean. They also have gluten free and dairy free options.Kid-friendliness: There's not a playground but our kids walk around the table and are sometimes a little loud and no one is condemning and they are always so nice.

Amazing Atmosphere. Excellent Lasagna with Meat Sauce. Excellent Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Excellent Garlic Bread and Garlic bread with cheese. A dynamite TEAM there taking our order and delivering our dinners, ME and MY ANGEL RHONDA BABE had a great time there, will return soon--You all were TopNotch at Palios at Preston Rd and Main St. ish, in Frisco and again at Legacy Dr. and Lebanon nearby the Frisco STAR.Lived in Italy until I was 8, 20 countries, 5 continents, and 48 of 50 states later, trust you understand my "food critic" -- go see for yourself--I highly recommend for "not fast food" but easy place to chill and enjoy a quick inexpensive italian meal with family!!!
