Chef Nic is amazing. By far the best Christmas holiday cater we’ve ever had and we’ve tried every meal service and local restaurant that caters. The Cajun turkey is a franchise item and everything has a ton of flavor. Chefnic will our go to for all of our catering and meal prep needs for sure! 5 Stars.

Communication was smooth, pickup and drop-off were right on time, and he treated the trailer with complete professionalism and care. had $120 ($60 each) order of fruit trays for Thanksgiving. The fruit was over ripe and going bad, the portions were small.. The quality of items did not reflect pictures on the website. When my mother in law tried to address the issue, the chef/manager on the phone did not apologize nor try to fix the issue in any way. I think some customer service classes would be beneficial. Next event i will get our items elsewhere where we will not be overcharged for rotting cut up fruit with a few flowers placed for asthetic appeal. The other items we received were ok, lacked flavor to be honest and we had to cook them.

ChefNic did not disappoint! I ordered the Bourbon Vanilla Peach Cobbler for a Friendsgiving, and it was an absolute hit. I spoke with ChefNic beforehand and he was so accommodating. When I arrived for pickup, he and his wife were warm, engaging, and made the whole experience feel personal.

Second year using Chef Nic to cater our office Thanksgiving lunch! All our employees rave about how good it is, especially people who don’t usually love Turkey. This year we brought in Garlic & Herb, smoked and Cajun. I especially liked the Cajun!
Everything was very tasty, perfect combination of flavors, I was so full, I just like my steak a bit more cooked, I’m a medium well person, but it was great otherwise:)

First time to have Chef Nic’s meals as a birthday celebration for the family with widely differing tastes. The fajitas, the lasagnas (chicken Alfredo and beef and sausage) were delicious, seasoned perfectly. The birthday boy loved the red velvet cake. Cannot wait to try more meals. Bravo!

Very Skimpy on catered event. Literally breakfast tacos, 2 tacos about 2Tbsp of eggs. Asked for more said its all portioned so wouldn't give more. Got Tacos again for lunch well they had tons of food but once again gave about 1oz of meat per taco for 2 tacos. Absolutely a Joke on portions literally starving when i left.
