I knew I wanted to work with Chef Nic 3 years before I hired him for our wedding! His food and staff are amazing!! I got a lot of compliments on the salmon and chicken thighs at my wedding. He really took care of my concerns when it came to some of my guests allergies. Can’t wait to work with him again.
