Chick-fil-A - Drive-Thru & Delivery

Food was hot but no flavor to chicken or waffle fries. Not sure why everything tasted so bland. Love chicken fil a just not today

This is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve come across that consistently forgets to include sauce and lacks the usual high standard of customer service. The staff here doesn’t fit the typical Chick-fil-A model—most seem unhappy and unmotivated. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to our home, but we now go out of our way to visit a different location where the service and experience are much better. Definitely disappointing compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Worst drive through. They mess with the order all the time. They also miss the order and charge for it. Very rude management.

Always a good selection of different chicken sandwiches, wraps, chicken salad, nuggets, tenders and they're all pretty good some of their seasonal sandwiches like the one with the pimento cheese and peppers are outstanding. I also like the frosted lemonade.

Drove away from the drive-thru, realized they gave me the wrong food, called for a refund (which they didn’t give me) and then implied that I was lying about getting the wrong food? I told them I was on my way to work and couldn’t come to the restaurant till after 7pm and the guy told me I needed to bring the food back to ‘confirm’ I got the wrong order…………….like….no I’m not keeping my chicken burrito for 10 hours next to me when I asked for a potato/egg/cheese burrito. I’m vegetarian. Why would I lie about getting the wrong food I paid $10 for.

The manager is amazing, I didn’t get an item I was supposed to get, I went back and manager made sure I got everything I ordered. She is great!

I get the Cob Salad almost every time, this time around I feel crunchy/gritty bits in my salad and I look around, my salad was filled with egg shells.

Ordered food for my family of five and this is the worst our food has ever been at any chick fil a we’ve been to. The sandwiches were super greasy and the fries were salty! Only good thing was the ice we oldered and drinks. Employees were even using their phones on the floor. Not to mention we weren’t give straws nor all the sauces we asked for. Save your money and go to the one off Tollway and Lebanon.
