Frisco Lakes chick-fil-a drops your food and pretends to pick it up before the customer notices and re bags it. They also Have roaches walking around(there’s a review in here with witnesses somewhere), have mold in their machines and they serve dirty packets of sauces that have fallen to the floor or busted and they’re bagged anyways. They also don’t use gloves and I’ve seen some workers not wash their hands and PHYSICALLY touch the ingredients. It may seem like a really clean place but it’s not. Enjoy your food here.

Guy told me they can't do "well done" on anything and when I asked someone else they said they don't do any special requests (no salt fries etc) ? won't be back to this location ever again. What a garbage policy!

Got a salad today but they forgot to put salad dressing!..I called and they said sorry for your frustration but there's nothing I can do for you ...thanks alot chic fil a ...now I have a salad with no dressing I have to try to eat dang it! 0 stars

Served a raw nugget when I drove all the way back to the store I was told it wasn’t raw that it was just a blood vein and they use real chicken and it looks different. The meat was white near the crust then turned pink and red at the center with a red spot of blood. At 60 years old I know what undercooked chicken looks like! I have had good experiences with chick fil a in the past but how this was handled was a disappointment!

This Chick Fil A does NOT run as smoothly as other Frisco locations. The drive thru is noticeably slower and less efficient than other locations, as well. Please look at how the Preston Rd/Gary Burns location does mobile carry out orders and take notes. I should NOT have to wait for 5 minutes for a drink only mobile order for carry out. The worst part, I can see my drink waiting behind the register area, but there’s no employee(s) to give it to me. You are a fast food establishment; your mobile carry out orders should NOT be set up like a Chili’s - especially when you don’t have employees in that particular area to help customers. Get a shelving system like the other locations if you’re not going to have employees available at the mobile carry out area.

I am saddened that CFA is now using chicken WITH ANTIBIOTICS!My children loved coming to play & eat @ the Stonebrook location.What can we do to convince you to provide better quality chicken for our children?
I usually have a really good experience each time I visit Chick-fil-A. Even if my order is incorrect (which is hardly ever) they are always prompt to fix it. Overall I think the quality of the food and customer service is great!
