Have visited this place many times and normally get a cheeseburger, and it never disappoints. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and made just the way I like it. Chili’s has a good consistency to it & you know what you’re going to get, and they deliver every time.
The service has always been solid here. The staff is friendly, quick to check in, and they make sure you have everything you need without hovering. Even on busy days, they keep things moving and still manage to be attentive. It’s clear they take pride in giving customers a good experience.
The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s one of those places where you can sit back, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Whether it’s a quick stop or a longer sit-down, the experience is consistently good.
Overall, this Chili’s has been reliable in both food and service, and that’s why I keep coming back. Great hospitality and great comfort food every time.

Chris helped us and he was super personal and fun. we watched the texas rangers game had some great burgers and fries. I only issue was the bacon the fries was over cooked , like it was sprinkled on the fries from a pre-made precooked bag or package. Other then that we had a great evening

FOOOD POISONING AT CHILIS - BEWARE!!!! I tried the Chilis restaurant in the Frisco location 11555 Dallas Pkwy, Frisco, TX ) for the first time tonight and little did I know it would cost me an all night medical situation as their HEALTH AND FOOOD SAFETY STANDARDS are LACKING. I ordered the Cajun Pasta with shrimp which came out about 1 minute after I ordered (likely was just sitting there for lord knows how long) I should have trusted my instincts since it was smothered in liquid (could barely see the pasta) and did not look the same as others I’ve had in the pass. Well I’m paying for it now! Within 2 hours of eating I have been fatigue, I have severe cramps and I have been glued to the restroom with all typical signs of FOOOD POISONING. Just trying to make it through the night before going to the doctors in the morning. AVOID THIS LOCATIO AND RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!! Extremely disappointed!!!!☹️CHILIS CORPORATE- EXPECT A CALL FROM ME IN THE MORNING AS SOON AS I CAN FUNCTION!!!

The chicken tenders from the Triple Dipper were undone. They had a rubbery consistency. The unsauced chicken wings had no seasoning on them. They were requested to have no sauce not requested to have no seasoning. I feel as though my order was made too fast. I placed the order at 6:39 PM on yesterday evening Saturday July 12, 2025 and you all sent a message at 6:46 PM saying it was ready when the confirmation email stated it would be ready between 7:01- 7:06 PM. PLEASE stop rushing out orders to make ticket times and cook my food right especially since I paid for done and properly cooked food!!

Can't beat the $10.99 cheeseburger lunch special! It's actually a nice portion burger, estimate 1/3 pound... all the fixing and a generous portion of French fries! Also includes chips/hit sauce or side salad or soup, also includes a drink.! I'm a veteran so they honored the 10% discount as well! Great service, really fresh and well?prepared food!
