We showed up Friday night after National Burrito Day and I guess they used all their tortillas for that because they didn’t have any. I don’t need to say how disappointed I was to go to a burrito place and be told they don’t have burritos. The lady was kind of rude about it and acted like I should have known. There was no empathy, apology or suggestion for alternative. I get that things happen, but the lack of effort to win me back as a customer is why I won’t be back to this location. My money is better spent at Freebirds or even a chipotle down the street.

This place constantly overcharges. Amount of guacamole they put in the bowl is not worth the $2.70 upcharge. The same goes for queso. Service is rushed. Tables are dirty. Location is the only thing that keeps them in business.

This is one of the best locations in the area! My food is always fresh, accurate and well made. The few times my online order has been delayed, they were very apologetic. The guacamole tastes how Chipotle guac should!

This was actually the most pleasant out of all previous experiences as far as customer service. You can’t trust them to get your order correct online let alone even make it, so going IN is the best option. However, THIS time they were out of items. I paid $14 for an over priced burrito and the things that aren’t considered an up charge, they were out of. Can I get a discount then? A $14 chicken burrito was all I purchased. First world problems, I know. But it’s becoming over priced and under delivered almost everywhere these days, but now you can’t count on them to keep proper inventory. Pretty sad.

Don’t go if it’s past 8 because if they’re out of anything they’re too lazy to make more and will really sit there like the minimum wage workers they are and stare at you dumbfounded…like bro make some more food you guys are on the clock for 2 more hrs. Needs new management or owner or something

This is my favorite chipotle place in the Frisco area. Everything is so fresh, and they always keep the place clean. The manager, Mr. Lorenzo, is very friendly. I had hard time with my Chipotle App and he walked me through it patiently. He made my day .
