This is one of the best locations in the area! My food is always fresh, accurate and well made. The few times my online order has been delayed, they were very apologetic. The guacamole tastes how Chipotle guac should!
This was actually the most pleasant out of all previous experiences as far as customer service. You can’t trust them to get your order correct online let alone even make it, so going IN is the best option. However, THIS time they were out of items. I paid $14 for an over priced burrito and the things that aren’t considered an up charge, they were out of. Can I get a discount then? A $14 chicken burrito was all I purchased. This place constantly overcharges. Amount of guacamole they put in the bowl is not worth the $2.70 upcharge. The same goes for queso. Service is rushed. Tables are dirty. Location is the only thing that keeps them in business.
