This is the chipotle closest to our house so we order take-out from here regularly. Food is good, however, many times we have gotten home and realized they forgot an item from our order. Whether it be a side of guac, chips, kids drink. One time I went to pick up my food and when I told them my name they only gave me one bag (since they keep them in the back). I don’t know why I trusted them because when I got home I realized they only gave me 1 bag out of 2. It’s frustrating the amount of times I’ve had to drive back to the store from our house to get something they forgot. If it wasn’t because this is the closest location closer to our house I wouldn’t go there.

Low quality ingredients, chicken is almost always undercooked and lacking flavor.
Red sauce doesn’t seem usual and pico is not always fresh either. Staff’s behavior is hit or miss, some are great and some are grumpy at times.
Staff seems to hesitate to serve correct portions, never experience this at any other chipotle store.
Overall, way below average burrito bowl.
We went to different chipotle stores near by and immediately noticed the difference. We now drive litter farther for better bowl.

Very busy spot, it’s hard to keep the place clean with as much traffic as they seem to get. They always have a good attitude, I’m impressed with the quality of the food they prepare because they seem to go through a ton of food.. but I want to say that if only more young people would go get a job they would probably be able to keep up with the demand. It’s not on this establishment to do that. It’s on you.

The manager, Malik (this is the name he gave me - he did not have a name tag) did not know about the current online promo - “spend $20 or more and you get a free quesadilla for National quesadilla day (NQD2025)”. I would think the manager would know what the promotions are. I told him when I entered to promo online, it was recognized on checkout but then I got a message saying the free “quesadilla would not be added because I was missing an item”. I told him I didn’t know what that meant but that I should qualify. So I showed him the online promo, I showed him that my order total was over $26. He said he couldn’t help me because it was online. I asked him if he could honor the promo since I met all the requirements. He said “no”. And laughed while telling me this. They also did not put the large bag of chips that I ordered in the bag with my pick up order.

Caleb and RJ are the best! I enjoyed going to this chipotle location. RJ had a pleasant conversation with me while he was making my sofrita bowl. He gave me some good recommendations on what to put inside the bowl. Caleb also made me feel welcomed and packaged my food up very well! Thanks guys. This chipotle has awesome staff, a clean store and plenty of menu items.

This location should be the standard. Food was cooked to perfection. Wish I could say the same for other locations in Mckinney. Im tired of the food quality going way down at restaurants everywhere. No one is regulating them so they think it's ok to cut corners. Not anymore.
