Low quality ingredients, chicken is almost always undercooked and lacking flavor.
Red sauce doesn’t seem usual and pico is not always fresh either. Staff’s behavior is hit or miss, some are great and some are grumpy at times.
Staff seems to hesitate to serve correct portions, never experience this at any other chipotle store.
Overall, way below average burrito bowl.
We went to different chipotle stores near by and immediately noticed the difference. We now drive litter farther for better bowl.

Very busy spot, it’s hard to keep the place clean with as much traffic as they seem to get. They always have a good attitude, I’m impressed with the quality of the food they prepare because they seem to go through a ton of food.. but I want to say that if only more young people would go get a job they would probably be able to keep up with the demand. It’s not on this establishment to do that. It’s on you.

The manager, Malik (this is the name he gave me - he did not have a name tag) did not know about the current online promo - “spend $20 or more and you get a free quesadilla for National quesadilla day (NQD2025)”. I would think the manager would know what the promotions are. I told him when I entered to promo online, it was recognized on checkout but then I got a message saying the free “quesadilla would not be added because I was missing an item”. I told him I didn’t know what that meant but that I should qualify. So I showed him the online promo, I showed him that my order total was over $26. He said he couldn’t help me because it was online. I asked him if he could honor the promo since I met all the requirements. He said “no”. And laughed while telling me this. They also did not put the large bag of chips that I ordered in the bag with my pick up order.

Caleb and RJ are the best! I enjoyed going to this chipotle location. RJ had a pleasant conversation with me while he was making my sofrita bowl. He gave me some good recommendations on what to put inside the bowl. Caleb also made me feel welcomed and packaged my food up very well! Thanks guys. This chipotle has awesome staff, a clean store and plenty of menu items.

This location should be the standard. Food was cooked to perfection. Wish I could say the same for other locations in Mckinney. Im tired of the food quality going way down at restaurants everywhere. No one is regulating them so they think it's ok to cut corners. Not anymore.
The food at Chipotle is pretty average and the service was about the same. I placed an online order and it was ready about 10 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time, which was frustrating. Overall, not terrible but nothing special either.

This location is awful! Our pickup order was two items- with a 50% failure rate... the whole pickup process is a disaster. Lots of people in line, orders just slung to the side and no one being informed their's was ready. Took 15 min longer than it was supposed to... Izzie B - your steak bowl was good, but not what I ordered! 😅 Did you get mine?

My son got a bowl with chicken, guacamole on 7/17/2025 got so sick having diarrhea for s2days and half with dizziness & nausea!!!i don’t think staffs are not properly following food safety & protocols!! Chicken must be fully cooked with 165F and vegetables should be washed!! My son is 24 ! What if he is like a kid!! It would be disastrous!! Please you guys need to have awareness and consequences!!

The guy making my burrito bent down to pick the foil off the ground and threw it in the trash and went right back to handling my food without switching gloves. Pretty gross.
