Been coming to this location for awhile . Last night not only did they mess up my son’s order but he found hair in his food.Add to the fact that the entire order was lukewarm so the food had been sitting . Not sure what you want me to take away from this but do better

Ordered online and app says it’s ready but it has been made when I arrived. Store does not put online orders on the shelf instead ask people to check online orders at register. Bad service.

I have always been a chipotle norm and always have had good customer service and vibes regardless; but paying for double on everything in my bowl just to get a (REGULAR amount ) is distasteful and unsatisfying. Believe me I work in fast food similarly like chipotle, I know about portioning and what not. This has been happening too many times and it's unfortunate, please change this

Worst Chipotle location that I've been to. Meat was cold and dry. Workers are too busy chatting amongst each other to timely serve customers. Condiment bar was out of napkins and had food debri and paper all over it. Vey unsanitary. Disgusting. I threw my food away and left.

Sometimes lines are too long but food is great. As usual needs to be a tad cheaper. Corn should just be corn not with the cilantro too

Is there any way to talk to a manager here without driving back to the restaurant?! Whomever is making your to-go orders right now needs to be fired. Thought you might want to know, but have no way to talk to somebody. Hope your day is better than the food they’re putting out! Cheers.

I am not kidding this location in my opinion is very unsanitary, never change their gloves! There was food on the floor, dirty tables and trash everywhere. The entire place was dirty. Guy serving food with dirty gloves, touching the food with his hands yuk! Portions were small, so small that I could press everything to one side and still have an empty bowl. The two ladies at the register are not friendly! Manager was in the back with 3 other workers standing around chit chatting, giggling and laughing while the entire restaurant is dirty.
(*WARNING*very honest review )This Chipotle location is one of the nastiest chipotle locations ever . Although the service is good the food is not up to tea. This chipotle got me thinking chipotle itself is just nasty.. but I realized it was just this location. Every time i order at this location my rice has clumps in it, my chicken al pastor taste like regular chicken, and the guac be brown. Please fix this problem.

One burrito bowl order was served lightly on ingredients, and the side order was missed in our take out.
FILTHY no matter what time you come. Floors and tables have food all over them, the line and even the counter when you check out has food all over it! Every ingredient is spilled into another on the line and then the staff slops your burrito through the spilled guac, sour cream etc as they make it. The containers for the food have smeared food all over them from dirty gloves! My son has an avocado allergy and he can’t eat here due to cross contamination. I’ve privately emailed about this and the manager basically brushed it off. The only place to sit is at the tiny tables so close to the line that people’s butts are in your face the whole time as well. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT!
