Awesome staff and excellent customer service! Unlike other Chipotle locations where I often felt rushed to answer and would sometimes forget my favorite sides, this team made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. On top of that, I’m thrilled that this new location is so close to my home!

This is the 2nd time this week that the staff has run out if cilantro lime rice and is offering plain steamed rice this week. It's bland and the staff could not care less. ZERO effort or apology. The location near 121 ans Josey is fully stocked until close time - such a better run location! We will be avoiding Chipotle and finding alternative options from here on out

Never been so disappointed after eating a burrito. It pretty much was rice wrapped in a tortilla. I don’t think I got more than 4 pieces of chicken.
I eat chipotle a lot. Today there was a piece of plastic in my food. I’m glad I analyze my food before eating. Not sure what it would be from but the bowl I was just enjoying i literally have lost my appetite.

The Burrito bowl was literally half - they think before putting rice in a bowl - their quantity is not worth the price we paid. Very very poor quantity. We have had Chipotle else where but this one on Coit Road is the worst one we have come across. QUANTITY NOT WORTH THE PRICE - I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEM. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. They send us an email asking if we mind reaching out to their website - Do you think we have time to go through that process of you guys offering something. Honestly it is not even worth contacting and wasting time. It was a bad experience and it is not just us but so may complaining about Poor Quantity for the price the store charges. Even in an expensive city like New York we have not experience this kind of Quantity v/s pricing for Chipotle. If there was an option i would not even have rated you guys 1 star.

This visit to this Chipotle was just bad from start to finish. The place was messy and didnt feel clean at all, which was already a red flag. The service was mediocre, no greeting, no patience, just rushing everyone through. I barely had a chance to say what I wanted before the guy behind the counter slapped the lid on my bowl. I didnt even get to ask for the sides I wanted.
To top it off, the portion was noticeably small, definitely not worth the price. Overall, I left felling frustrated, unsatisfied, and honestly ripped off. Won't be coming g back to this location ever again.
