This place is very poorly run. The staff was rude, and there was no attention to cleanliness—food was being thrown around while preparing bowls. I’m a big fan of Chipotle bowls, but the environment here makes me not want to come back.

Whoever was working the counter today, killed it. I got my order in literally less than a minute and food is fresh and tasty.

I have visited more than 20 Chipotle locations, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the Chipotle lane. When the employee opened the window, he rudely asked for my name—just saying “name” in an unprofessional tone. After I gave my name, he repeatedly said it back in different voices in a sarcastic and mocking way, which felt extremely disrespectful.

On top of that, my order was missing basic items like napkins and spoons. The food quality was also unacceptable—the chicken was rubbery and clearly not cooked properly.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. This location does not meet the standards I’ve consistently experienced at other Chipotle stores.

Worst Chipotle run by incompetent kids. Runs out of ingredients at 5PM and charge full price. Horrible!! Avoid if you can.

I never write reviews. That’s how you know this location is straight garbage and needs a complete overhaul. Chicken had many fatty pieces which you cannot consume. Terrible service by the crew. Server didn’t know the price of the quesadillas, they are not listed on the menu either for some reason.

I used to work at the chipotle on Preston when I was in high school and filling the bowls was never a problem. The person serving me was very rude, condescending and rushing me even though nobody else was behind me. She barely put any meat or cheese in my quesadilla and when I asked for a fair portion she said it will be extra.

Will never be coming back here and that woman needs to get fired asap. She clearly isn’t in the right mental space to be working fast food. Unbelievable. It’s also way to expensive for how mediocre the food is.

They put nothing in ur bowl. Acting like it comes out of their paycheck. Why am I paying $14 for some scraps of tomatoes and hella rice??? Better off going to Cava. Also staff isn’t friendly at all….

This was by far my worst experience at Chipotle. The chips were so stale they were inedible. I asked for sour cream on the side and they put it on the tacos. The tacos were cold by the time I ate them at home 5 minutes later. Tjey only put 2 pieces of carne asada on each taco. Whats that about? I think I have lost faith in Chipotle and will probably not return. There app sucks also. I can never log on and you can't get help anywhere. There are better places to spend my money.

Not only was my order wrong but the service was TERRIBLE. I went to get lunch for my boyfriend and I and it was the 2 for 1 deal day (which I didn’t know) and basically got bullied by the employee. “I can charge you for the other one if you want me too” with the worst attitude when I asked her if she charged me for the other bowl at checkout. I was completely shocked. I believe her name was Kristy. It was completely unexpected and rude. She definitely ruined my experience. Never going back here again.

Absolute joke of a company. $25 you would expect to get the order right. Not only was my order missing my guacamole and queso. The bowl arrived 1/4 filled… it’s hoesntly a joke very dumb of me to waste my money here and so frustrating. I hadn’t ordered chipotle in 6 month and used to eat it weekly, decided to try again today, and it is most definitely my last time every eating chipotle. Terrible company, very good job Chipotle.

Outstanding service and hospitality at Chipotle! We arrived at 10:30 PM—just 30 minutes before closing—and were greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Allison, Adrian, Allan, Tayma, and David went above and beyond, preparing our food fresh to order and making us feel truly welcome. Their teamwork and positive attitudes, especially so close to closing time, made the experience exceptional. The food was fresh, delicious, and served with care. We will definitely be returning!
