- Overall too Expensive.
+ Four star for cleanliness and
Modern bright decor.
- Meats were not top grade, even ribeyes had too much fat.
- Displays looks great, but not enough variety compared to other places.
= Friendly Service, however, our water
Pitcher was not refilled and had to
ask and wait for broth refill.
- Tables are very close to each other, had to turn sideways to pass.
- Plates are too small to accommodate
the large vegetables.
- Table is awkward, cooking pot is right in front of you, barely left room for
main dish, meat dishes, sauce bowl,
water, drinks, serving dish…
= Two of us including a young man had 3
plates of thinly sliced meat.
+ We took our time, stayed for 1 hr 10 m.

The food is fresh and service is excellent, they have multiple types of meat including chicken, pork, beef, and lamb. There's a dedicated dessert bar, access to staples like Dim Sum and curry rice, and more. Overall you won't be lacking in quality or quantity of selections.

The only con about this place is that it's super pricey. When you do go it outranks everything. But it'll be a once or maybe twice a year thing rather than a regular for me.

The first time I dined here, the experience was great. The server was attentive and even gave us a discount, which was a nice bonus. However, during my recent visit, things went downhill. The service was slow, and the overall experience was just okay. While we were still eating, a staff member started sweeping the floor, causing dust to fly everywhere. We informed our server, who spoke to the staff member but she continued sweeping and even sprayed cleaning chemicals on nearby tables. That was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Such a lovely hotpot place! Went here for a birthday and the restaurant had a great discount for birthdays where each person got 10$ off their meal. The service provided by Linda was excellent; she was really friendly and explained everything very well. I am well acquainted with hotpot but she was approachable for people with all levels of experience. I have to note that everything was super clean! This is a huge plus because buffet style all you can eat areas can get very dirty fast, but the staff did a wonderful efficient job of keeping it neat. Tasty broths, and fresh vegetables and meats. While it does lean expensive for a hotpot place, the quality of food, service, and beautiful interior as well as the discount (they have many kinds as well as deals after certain times), certainly help. Hopefully with more business they can bring the prices down a little, so definitely go here! Also I was not asked to leave a review which made me want to post one even more because it shows the authenticity of the service.

First time we went was late night. Service was okay, food was good, and we were driven out at 60 minutes instead of 120 minutes. Seems our server was so bad that he didn’t even know the correct duration.

Second time we went on prime dinner time and the server was great. We clarified when checking in to make sure this is for 120 minutes and was told unless we were told prior to seating and agreed, it should be 120 minutes. This time I tried different broths, ordered less meat, and tried all the seafood! I also tried new sauce combinations. Everything was so tasty and fresh! I love how the options are endless!

Third time, hotpot options are still of quality and delicious. Dessert was quite disappointing. The dessert spoons were swap from disposable plastic to tiny metal teaspoons where it takes the dessert taste away. Coconut milk which is often mixed with most desserts there also had a swap to a spoon instead of a ladle causing way too many scoops to fill the small bowl. Hope this can be corrected or you’ll have people in line scooping coconut milk with that spoon!

I tried Cho Cho Hotpot in Frisco recently. Overall, it was okay, nothing really stood out compared to my expectations. The broth was a bit bland (maybe just not my taste), but the meat quality was decent. The sauce bar felt a little limited though. The service was fine, and they do offer a 10% discount for students with a valid Student ID, which is nice. It’s fine to try once or every now and then, but for the price for two people, you could probably find another place with better overall value.

Absolutely loved this all you can eat hot pot spot! I got the mushroom and spicy broths were rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Ingredients were super fresh, from marbled beef and seafood to a wide variety of veggies and mushrooms.

The buffet setup was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with tons of options, plus a great sauce bar to customize your dips. Don’t miss the dim sum and molten lava buns for dessert. The only improvement I’d suggest is making the labels on the glasses clearer they’re a bit hard to match right now.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and everything stayed well stocked. Easily one of the best hot pot buffets around and I can’t wait to come back!

I went to this place few days ago and it was so good! The food was fresh and got filled up quickly, and everything came out fast. Our server Kendall was super sweet and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

The food was good but I think the price is a lil high compare to other hotpot places. Definitely has a really cute decor and set up. The tomyum and tomato broth were really good. I think i went on a bad day of mine that the restaurant SUPER LOUD. Like literally the waiters had to shout in order for us to hear him. So not really recommend if you're looking for a place to chat and eat (but hotpot is all about the conversation tho 🥹). Highly recommended if you are exploring the Frisco area

Pretty awesome place. Great food with great service. Look, I'm old school Asian. Typically the better the service the worst food at Asian restaurants. Somehow this place is 5 stars in both.

There are better tasting hot pot pot places out there, but no where near this price point. Decent vegan options as well.

Menu of meats and veggies is not as big as other hot places I’ve been to. But what they have you can is fresh and high quality. You can see they have onsite butcher to slices the various meats! And they have abalone. That justifies the price since abalone are not cheap. And shucked oysters was sweet

ChoCho was such a great spot for dinner! The food selection was amazing with so many fresh and flavorful options!! Everything we tried was delicious. The service was truly 5-star; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the whole time. My kids loved it just as much as I did, which says a lot! We left full and happy, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon.
