Y'all, I've been here like 7 times already, and the one thing that always stands out is the service. Every server works like they're getting paid GOOD 😂 The food is always solid too, they have a great selection, and the dessert bar is really good. I'd say it leans more toward Asian desserts though cuz stuff like the salted egg buns is definitely an acquired taste lol.
The price is definitely on the higher side for hot pot since I've been to other spots with pretty similar options for less. But I love that everyone gets their own little pot. It's kinda like Seapot, but BETTTTER . Alright chao
nice halal hot pot

Came here for my birthday last week - the servers were very kind, even though it was our first time getting hotpot 😊 there was a lot of variety, and everything was really fresh. I really appreciated the designated halal tables and utensils as well...the food itself was really nice. i really enjoyed the egg tarts!

service is bad. They have 120mins limit and our server said we have 20mins left when we only ate 60mins. Then as soon as we pay the bill while haven’t finished food in the pot , he said there is a reservation and he needs the table back.

Hot items at the bar are old. Meat isn’t anything to write about or spent $60 per person on.
I feel bad for the server since her service was great. We don’t eat pork and after finished eating most of our meal found out we were eating pork the whole time. For a restaurant that boasts halal and has things on the bar marked, they should mark on their menu and have their servers know what is coming to you. Big no no. Pretty gross for us after that. Manager did absolutely nothing. The server begged us not to tip her, which we still left 18% although I usually tip more.
Management did absolutely nothing.

Seafood is not fresh. in fact, they have spoiled and very few selections. Meat is ok. In all, it doesn’t worth spending that much money for this kind of food quality and selections.

I’ve been coming here as a regular to Cho Cho since hey opened and I loved it there but it seriously has gone so down hill so bad I won’t be coming back. I came to try out their summer special 35.99 (still pricey). Menu items are limited which i expected what I didn’t expect was to be stared down everytime I went to the sauce bar so they can makes sure I wasn’t getting dim sum which wasn’t included. My partner and I were the only ones getting stared down everytime nobody else. Service lacked severely. We asked about the changes they made since it’s been a while we came and the waiter argued with us that things were never like that. We remember every staff member like I said we WERE regulars and she seemed new but definitely the worst experience ever. We paid 85$+ for 2 people STILL to get discriminated the whole time. 0/10 will never be coming back again.

We choose the $35.99 Summer Special and were told by our server that all buffet items were included except for the meats specifically listed on the menu. Based on that explanation, we took some dim sum from the buffet.
Once the food was already on our table, the server informed us that those items were not actually included and asked if we wanted to upgrade our package. We declined. He then removed the food from our table and threw it into the trash.
The most frustrating part was not the extra charge—it was the waste. The misunderstanding came from the information we were given, yet the food was discarded right in front of us. It felt like the restaurant would rather throw away perfectly good food than let a customer eat it. Very disappointing experience.

After getting a cavity filled today, I treated myself to a hot pot meal at ChoCho. Danny, our server, was incredibly friendly and did a great job explaining the menu. The pork broth was delicious, although I wish the portion had been a little larger. The meat was exceptionally fresh. Since I visited in the afternoon, the dim sum selection felt a bit limited, but everything I ordered was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would happily return.

Good variety of meat options and vegetables; however, for the price, there could be other AYCE hotpot places that have the same quality at better price (the only difference is Halal friendly). The broth is too plain and not flavorful.

A upscale hot pot place with high quality ingredients in a very nice environment. Price is high to match. I personally did not find the price to be worth it though and probably wouldn't come back.

Ate around 10pm and paid ~$40/person. The food was so awesome and halal too! Good options of beef, chicken, various seafood (prawns, shrimp, clams, etc.). Our host was also very attentive.
