This is one of the only coffee places within maybe a 5-10 mile radius that actually bakes their pastries instead of getting them from a 3rd party where it is then allowed to get stale. I always look forward to coming here before work.

We had an almond croissant and the yogurt bowl. Both were good. Customer service was subpar. This was our first time to stop by and my wife asked the young girl what kind of granola they used in the yogurt bowl. The first response from her was “I don’t know.” Are you kidding me? Had to ask if she could find out. As a service worker, I never just left a customer with a response of “I don’t know”. If you don’t know an answer the best reply is “I don’t know, but I will find out”. It’s not hard at all to be professional and courteous.

I’ve been coming here for over 2.5 years and had great service. Today I placed a pickup order. When I arrived at the pickup station the lady working the front saw me and didn’t acknowledge me, but started making a coffee order. I waited…nothing. So then I go to the register where you place an order and same thing. She just kept making her other order. My order was literally sitting on the counter if only she could have took 1 second and handed my order to me instead of ignoring me when she seen me standing there at the pickup station and the register I wouldn’t be typing this review. Is this how you treat the people who have been supporting you?? I’ll never go to this place again my money can be spent somewhere else. I had to leave without my order. Ridiculous.

Me and my wife love this place. The Lox is our favorite with fresh warm croissants, creamy cheese and smoked salmon. Coffee is great also I usually get Caramel Macchiato in a lovely big mug. A recommended go to for Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch.

Waited 15 mins for a hot drip coffee ($5) and it was luke warm. If a coffee shop can’t get basic coffee right it needs to shut down asap ! What a waste of time and money.

Don’t come here if you have anywhere to be. If you are looking to watch baristas talk back and forth and casually make your drinks with all the time in the world, then this is the place for you. But if you had anything else to do that day, don’t bother coming here.

We tried this place in search of the best croissant sandwich and they placed pretty high! We tried 4 different ones, the Lox, egg saint, ham and cheese, and the Becky. Becky was my least favorite but still really good. They were a little smaller than I anticipated from looking at the croissants in the display, but delicious nonetheless. They were flaky and buttery and fresh. I did notice they trim the ends off them, which was a little disappointing as that is the best part! This could be due to the fact that we got them to go though, so they fit the containers better.
We also got a hot caramel macchiato, half sweet, and it was really good. I like my coffee hot, and lots of places make them Luke warm and serve them in to go cups, but they served it in a real mug and nice and hot. The coffee was a bit more of a medium roast, and I prefer dark, but I really enjoyed it. The hub got a dirty London fog, normal sweetness, which was a tad too sweet for us, but we like less sweetness than the average person. Overall we enjoyed this place and will definitely be back! The people working here were super helpful and friendly as well, and it wasn't at all overly busy for a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend this place!

This place really does the simple stuff well. A million times better than Starbucks. High quality baked goods. I would stay with the classics though, Mocha and a croissant is just what the doctor ordered. Decor is a little too bare.

Great customer service! I only had their einspanner here and the coffee was sour and super acidic. Hopefully the other drinks are good!
