I only went through the drive thru on my way home from Plano. The service was great, and the lady working the drive thru was very pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious and more than plenty for my order. I also enjoyed a delightful chocolate dipped cone. I hadn't had one in ages, but it tasted just as good as it did those years ago.

Finally got to visit this location, and it was nice. Had a funny little mishap with the soda, but they kindly went back to get a new cup and placed the inside piece back in. Which gave us a good laugh.
Food is good, place looks nice, and service was professional. My only real complaint is that the prices are too high and that the fries tasted better in the other location. But that’s all pretty minor if you ask me.
Definitely would recommend eating here if you want something different, especially if you want some really good food and/or outstanding ice cream.

I always get ice cream and fries every friday. I’ve tried fries in many places, but this place is definitely the best. If there were a french fry contest, they’d win first place for sure. They fry the potatoes so perfectly. Please stay my forever go-to spot!

I don’t like to give not even one star here. Ordered chicken salad but they gave me Bacon Salad through drive thru order. I went to home and check it out; I trashed it the whole food because of this.

The chocolate malt was good as far as: the consistency, right amount of chocolate & malt mix. However, after you order via speaker, and even when there is no cars in front of you, you wait at the window for almost 10 min. SLOW service, allow extra time!
Slightly short handed, but still friendly and courteous. Good quality food at a good value. A solid option for your dining dollar.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. When I got home, I discovered a red hair in my food. I returned to the restaurant for a refund, but the process was slow and unprofessional. The cashier didn’t know how to issue a refund and had to go talk to the manager , which took longer than it should have. On top of that, I didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. This wasted my time, energy, and gas. I won’t be returning.
