Quality and service has been on a steady decline. Waited for 5 minutes in the empty lobby with no acknowledgment. Of the 2 pizzas I ordered, 1 had wrong toppings and other was full of bubbles and cut with zero care at all. It’s not hard to train someone to dock the dough properly and cut it some what close to even pieces. I don’t understand how food prices increase but employee accountability continues to decrease. Everytime I personally enter this establishment the service is exceptional the ppl are super nice, however there’s been previous issues with my orders. Missing items, toppings, small inconveniences. I’ve worked in restaurants so I too often understand the little things that can go wrong in the kitchen. This is my absolute favorite pizza place! It is super clean inside (yes, you can see the kitchen)! The employees are always nice, and they appear to be very committed to their low paying jobs.
