“LITERALLY THE SWEETEST COUPLE IN THE WORLD RUNNING THIS PLACE!! They gave us lots of samples for things we were interested in, gave us more than a dozen in the box we bought, and even more free samples as we were walking out the door!

The donuts are also the perfect texture. Not too soft but not too firm. ALSO - they had CRONUTS (croissant donuts)!!

I have to drive twice as far but the donuts are excellent and the lady and her husband are so humble and friendly that it’s worth the drive. I go there every weekend. “This is definitely one of the best donut shops around Frisco / Little Elm. I usually rate a donut shop based on two types of donuts, glazed and chocolate covered glaze. The donuts always taste fresh and their chocolate frosting is always the perfect consistency. The family who owns the store are very nice and very accommodating.“

She loved it!!
We got the potato mozzarella dog, ube,churro,and brown sugar funnel cake donut as well as matcha boba.

“This is my favorite place to get doughnuts and kolaches/sausage rolls. I also grab a bottled Starbucks drink, too. The staff is very nice and helpful!

Parking: The parking is fine. There are plenty of spaces.

“I take my son for a donut every Friday as it’s been our tradition since he was little. When we first moved to Texas, we wanted to find a donut shop and Orion went way beyond expectations. Hands down best donut we’ve ever had and the kolaches are top notch. Not to mention, the staff is incredibly kind.

“Our family of 4 had a great dine-in experience at this location! This location has both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, so you can get both donuts/coffee and some ice cream. The space was inviting and had a great design/aesthetic.The lovely staff member who helped us, Neveah, was very friendly and cheerful when she greeted us, and was accommodating when we wanted to sample a couple flavors before making our selection.There were a couple containers of ice cream that probably needed to be changed or for a new one. A couple flavors had some ice frost or were down to the bottom of the barrel (see pic example), but the flavors we got were great! We ordered cotton candy, pralines and cream, and Jamoca. Cake cones were a little stale, so maybe have them stored in a more airtight container.The table we sat at was not wiped down, so there were a couple drips of ice cream/crumbs on the seat and table. Maybe have staff wipe down the seating area more regularly (or after customers leave the table).Overall nice location, friendly/helpful staff, and good experience. We will be back!“

“Shipley’s Do-Nuts — dine-in experience unlocked!

Although we've enjoyed Shipley’s several times before (probably more than five!), today was our first time dining in. We ordered cinnamon sugar twisted donuts, chocolate iced, and a strawberry banana milkshake, all freshly made and flavorful as always.
The dining area was spotless, even the restroom was impressively clean. Only one staff member was attending customers, but he gave excellent service and even recommended their best sellers.
Compared to Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme, Shipley’s donuts still hit different as the dough is noticeably lighter, making every bite more satisfying without the heaviness. Shipley's Do-Nuts are definitely worth trying!“

I originally drove to the one in The Colony on Main Street near where I live but the girl at the counter was RUDE and I was NOT about to pay for that kind of service. I drove to Frisco and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a loud good morning! The young lady who helped me was extremely nice and had a great smile! She even gave me an extra donut, without me asking because she accidentally put the wrong donut in my bag and let me keep it😀😀 if it's one thing that I'm big on, and that's customer service!!
