Whenever I go to this place employees are very rude and very bad customer service idk may be my look or i donât drive a nice car , i have a dining cup which I bought it one of the Dunkin location and was promised that I can have unlimited refill in it , it works fine at other location except this one the lady Al way very rude and rejected not to give refill the hot Dunkin coffee I didnât know that I was too much for someone to just refill a cup of coffee lol I hope Dunkinâ Donuts will take some action on it and fix it or let us know what exactly the rules of it

Maybe the person at the window wasnât having the bestest of days but they werenât very friendly nor very happy lol. My drink didnât have the cold foam I requested nor was the drink filled up all the way, it was a third empty.

Placed a mobile drive-thru pickup order at Dunkinâ (8445 Preston Rd, Frisco) on 8/10/25. When I arrived, staff said they hadnât received my order, but it was already ready inside. After leaving, I realized two Sausage Egg & Cheese Wraps were missing. When I went back, they told me they were out of stock but never mentioned it when I picked up my food. They offered to replace only one item because of âprice difference,â even though the shortage was their fault. Poor communication, wasted time, and very disappointing customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The team was on point â friendly, fast, and clearly running the show like pros. My drink? PERFECTION. âš They nailed my large iced coffee with espresso and all the sweet extras like it was crafted by coffee angels themselves.
The vibe was immaculate, my order was ready before I even finished scrolling TikTok, and everything tasted like joy in a cup.
