Hey so I am not someone that writes reviews! But as former Dunkin employee I had to write this one! This is my second time this week that I was served something stale twice! I grabbed munchkins 2 days ago and the were stale! Today I got a bagel and it’s so chewy that my mouth hurts! Not sure I can back to this location or even a dunkin ever again! Very upset!

We have been coming here for almost 2years straight, it's done nothing but go down hill. Under staffed is an understatement... Don't go here if you are in a hurry, they will ignore the whole lobby when they have a lign at the drive thru. New management is horrible

I went 3 days in a row because I like the Maple frosted donuts......and 3 days in a row showing up at 8 am, and they are out every time. Seems to me that it would make sense to raise the par order since yall don't actually make the donuts at this location.

Great visit. Got my donuts and girlfriend got a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was good too. The man taking our order was friendly and helpful. We sat inside to eat. It was not crowded and not so loud that you could not have a conversation. Overall great experience.

I visited this Dunkin’ this morning and ordered two donuts and a small latte. When I got to the window, I was handed a large drink. I mentioned I had ordered a small, and the employee told me that whoever took my order put down a medium. I explained that I specifically wanted a small because I don’t like the larger sizes—they just add more milk without increasing the espresso, which I don’t enjoy.

At that point, another employee came over, and the first worker said, “She asked for a small,” to which the guy replied, “No, she said medium,” and then walked away. I was left feeling as though they expected me to just accept it, and honestly, I felt cornered into paying for something I didn’t want because I’m not one for confrontation.

I understand mistakes happen, but the way they brushed off my request and tried to convince me I said something I didn’t was frustrating. I wasn’t looking for a discount—I just wanted the small coffee I ordered. In the end, I reluctantly agreed to pay for the medium and ended up throwing the drink away because it didn’t taste the way I like.

The staff was incredibly rude, and even though this Dunkin’ is the closest one to me, I’ll gladly drive farther to go to a different location. I just wish I’d gotten their names for reference. I can’t believe I was forced to buy this in the end.

Absolutely horrible customer service had to speak with the store manager, Beth. She was awesome but seemed like she was kind of new at what she does. And has her hands tied with her employees .Me and my wife loved getting coffee and donuts for the kids every day until we started dealing with one of their employees goes by the name of ((((((Sam))))))). my wife has been complaining about him every since she has come in contact with him, he literally mocks my wife. My wife is trying to give her order and then he will randomly says well ,How many donuts do you want and my wife nicely says if you let me finish, I’ll tell you he laughs mocks her and where he fell short and messed up on my wife, drove the Tesla today and my Tesla records inside and outside and also has audio so I have the whole incident recorded. I will be posting this video. Life is too short if you don’t want work somewhere do not work there and be rude to people especially when spending their hard earned money

Not so good...I don't know if they changed the ingredients but the donuts were flavorless and sadly no powdered donut holes...at 5 in the morning so not like it was late in the day. Dunkin used to have really good food but their donuts tasted weird now...I'm so tired of shrinkflation and ingredients changing

The faucet in men’s restroom wasn’t working and the lady told us she had nothing to do because she was not the manager.

The restaurant is dirty. The bathroom is dirty. I can't imagine the handling of food. The appearance tells it all.
