I ordered a large iced coffee and the amount of ice that’s in it is insane. The majority of my coffee is ice! I used to like this place but I’d rather get use out of money at Starbucks.

My recent visit to Dunkin Donuts left me incredibly disappointed and feeling unwell. I was eager to try their large matcha latte for the first time, and even shared my excitement on social media. However, upon receiving my drink in the drive-through, I noticed it appeared much lighter than expected. When I inquired about the type of milk used, Ashley kindly offered to remake it with an alternative milk, but Kenya interjected, stating it was already made with almond milk.Trusting her assurance, I proceeded to enjoy my matcha latte. Regrettably, a short while later, I became severely ill as it became apparent that the drink was, in fact, made with whole milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, this oversight resulted in significant discomfort and ruined the remainder of my day.While the staff’s initial willingness to accommodate my request was appreciated, the miscommunication and incorrect information ultimately led to a negative experience. It’s disheartening that what could have been a simple correction ended up costing me valuable time and causing unnecessary distress. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for Dunkin Donuts to improve their attention to detail and communication with customers in the future.

I try to never go on a Sunday/Monday! My husband went both days this week and both times my coffee order was messed up! I really try to have Sean make my coffee because he always gets it right. I was very disappointing that if he isn't there it isn't right! Feel like I just wasted money both days!

Excellent drive thru service. Clear communication by the man taking orders (all-star employee). Friendly staff. Nicely run.

I only go through the drive thru for the coffee or donuts. They do have really good coffee drinks and it's not expensive like Starbucks. The drive thru line can get pretty busy in the mornings however and there isn't much space to line up so I like to go before or after that rush.The workers are so friendly and likes to give input on the coffee they like and the food that pairs well with it.Overall this is everything you need for that coffee run in the morning without making a dent in your wallet.4 stars~
