Afraid to leave this review, because there will be lines out the door when the word gets out. But Earnest is such a good dude, and and he deserves all the success that comes hia way. Everything we tried was simply the best. This is our family's new favorite bbq place.
I am a sworn Hutchins fan and I told Ernest the day I met him. He came to my shop and we hit it off very well. He invited me to his new spot and I went. LET ME TELL YOU! WOW ? loved everything I had!
There's nothing like walking into a BBQ joint and immediately greeted with the lovely smell of wood smoke! That's hint number 1 that the food will likely be amazing and that's just what happened! Aside from the great food, the down to earth friendly and warm staff from the cashier, to the cooks in the back, to the owner himself, we felt at home!! Highly recommend!
