The bagel I ordered came out warm, soft on the inside, and perfectly toasted on the outside. You can taste the freshness and the spread was flavorful and balanced, and the coffee was surprisingly smooth and better than I expected from a quick breakfast...

Great, fresh bagels, especially the power protein bagel, the best. Great service. The owner goes around and checks on the customers. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I will give them an extra bonus star when they bring back the Caribou coffee šŸ˜.

The Einstein app was majorly glitching today so the restaurant did not receive my order. The employee at the drive thru (who is always very kind and helpful) did their best searching for my order and tried to help me. It was busy in there today so I felt bad and didnā€™t want to cause an issue. After they couldnā€™t find my order, I showed them the receipt on my phone and they very quickly helped me get my order. Thank you for the great service!
