I'm a big fan of Firehouse but I went to this location to find three employees which none spoke English. We were in a hurry and they could only use their phone to say the boss will be back shortly. Very frustrating that a supervisor would do that. I was not the only customer that walked out over it.

Obviously the sandwiches are great, but the service is what really makes a place standout. Would give 6 stars if possible!But wish corporate would bring the hot sauces back.

I usually order pickup and there is always an issue of some sort. It has now been 3 times and I probably have to give up on this location despite the convenience.

My daughter and I ate at Firehouse Subs today. I had a cheese/steak sub and my daughter had a hook/ladder on Main Street in Frisco, Texas! The absolute worst subs we had ever tasted, will never go back there again! I ordered steak but ended up with some kind of fake meat with a nasty smell and tasted awful and my daughter's was just smothered with mayo and her meat didn't taste or look good either! We ended up throwing both of them in the trash! I hate this, always like their sandwiches! After spending $15.00 each we give them a big FAT F MINUS and never to return!

I did a pick up order through the app, but they gave me the wrong order and told me to come back the next day. Following day, I was told that because I had made the order online, they're not responsible for any issues with the order (??). As a "courtesy" they gave me the right order after I wasted my time and gas going back the 2nd time. The restaurant was also very dirty - looked like the floors and tables hadn't even been cleaned from the night before. Their sandwiches are still good, but they're severely lacking on customer service and cleanliness.

I am so shocked. This Firehouse sub used to be great. After waiting 30 minutes for my sub, they reused meat that was bitten off. I am so sorry but I will have to report this to the health department. Definitely not sanitary.I can wait 30 minutes if the sandwich can be made right. I did not ask for my money back because I have the worst headache but please don’t even bother. Food poisoning and CoVid is still running rampant.

Amazing food, would be nice if a certain employee could cut down on the racial profiling. I came to eat, not for him to insinuate I stole a brownie when an employee literally gave it to me. Way to ruin someone’s day.

I appreciate Jose, the GM, for helping me out on a past wrong order. I received the wrong sandwich and was missing chips on my last order, and when I submitted feedback on the survey, they responded in a timely manner and offered to make it right next time I came in. I’ll definitely be back since they did me right on the return visit.
I ordered 4 subs, 2 Hook N Ladder Medium, 2 Steak Large, order was wrong, I just called and the cashier, he hung up on me. I paid cash because he said the POS system was down...I hope the Manger or Franchisee will see this review. Never happened at any other Firehouse Sub, I'm stunned!

This Firehouse Subs was one of my worst experience, The beef was Half Frozen, Half Hot and it smelled rotten. The beef portions were small, doesn't look like the picture on the menu, maybe half the thickness of beef. This might be a one off nad luck for them? But right now their review ratings is below a 4, I probably should have looked at the reviews prior to selecting this location. I had more people with me, one had a Chicken and the other a Hero and they weren't happy with the quality and taste either, they said it didn't taste fresh. So Im not sure what is wrong other than maybe some retraining by a professional from Headquarters and date and label foods and throw away the old. After all any old food thrown away is a business tax write off, so your not losing money. Bring back the Hot & Fresh and I'm sure people will come back.

Asked for a turkey bacon ranch no onion sandwich and ended up with a sandwich with 2 slices of turkey and mounds of ham, mayo, onion and honey mustard. ? Disappointed by this location, it's usually my family go to on a night we don't want to cook.
