It’s for the most always wrong.. can’t follow simple instructions.. Last nite was the killer.. it’s wasn’t made as requested but it had hair in it this time, n it’s in the the lettuce/dressing mix so we all know it came from that restaurant and the staff and the overall dirt in that place..The manager, really danced around the the issues n never committed to fixing the problem… Today he will see me in personWe meet, I think different staff n mgmt this afternoon.. went well .. very respectful n fixed the issues.. at least u can count on that n they are being a reputable store..

I ordered a turkey bacon ranch to go, but I go all the way back to work before I opened it and the sandwich didn't have any turkey on it.

Super clean, friendly service and the subs are so good. We actually drive past the prosper firehouse to go this location. They make the sub exactly how u order it! We got subs today and they were perfect!

Great food and service. I ordered online for a pick-up order. I had to wait a bit longer than my estimated pick-up time (only an extra 5 to 7 minutes) to be fair it was during the dinner rush, that's why it's an estimated time. All in all, no complaints at all. The staff was great and very professional. I would recommend this place to eat. Keep up the good work.

Previous reviews are right. This place will make you use the restroom right after consuming it. My friend got the chili from here and some reason it had a sour vinegar taste to it. I do not know if that is part of the recipe for their chili but definitely never had chili before that has a sharp vinegar taste that overpowers any savory chili flavor. Either way as mentioned before every time I got a sandwich from here it will mess with your stomach up. I never really leave any reviews but when a place is consistently bad then people should be aware.

Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever encountered… If I’m gonna pay $12 for a sandwich at least treat me like I’m worth your time. I was met with a dismissive employee that condescendingly and begrudgingly “directed” me through my first time ordering. I could barely hear her through her mask (which wasn’t even over her nose) even when she DID acknowledge me. Most of the time she just pointed at the menu passive aggressively with the most pretentious smirk on her face. If I could give this place no stars I would. First and LAST time coming.

This is the slowest firehouse to order Uber eats from. It always takes more than 45 minutes. To make a simple sandwich.
A great sandwich and very personable employees. Don't forget to pick up a pickle bucket. Goes to charity and you always need a bucket.
