Has been about 15 years since we last ate at a Fuddruckers. The last time the burgers were getting too mass market like and not fresh ground (I started when you could WATCH them butcher and grind the meat in a real butcher shop!). The 1/3 pounder was nice and juicy, the bun was a bit soft so it got soggy, the hot cheese from the condiment tray was good, and all the veggies I wanted as well as sauces. I noted a lot of fancy variants now, but I stayed cheap and old fashioned.

Employees are friendly. Service was quick today. Burgers are great. Order burger (1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and 1 lb), add cheese if wanted, after order is served, you put your own toppings on. Good selection of toppings. Cool specialty burgers, like bison. Comes with fries or onion rings.

My husband and I shared a bison burger which was quite good. The cheeseburger our daughter had wasn't very good. Maybe they think kids don't care as much, but if my husband wouldn't want to eat it, our daughter is unlikely to. Their sweet potato fries didn't seem to be seasoned while the potato wedges were over seasoned. It would be nice if there was a balance there. It was nice to be able to have lunch out without being surrounded by tv screens.
