I ordered to-go and showed up at 6:45 and my meal for my family was supposed to be ready at 6:47pm. I'm typing this review at 7:20 pm having just received my ordered. On top of which the mashed potatoes were cold and they I didn't have my snow crab legs which was $40 of my order. I went back in and received attitude from the manager of course. Food was fine, but the wait was insane for a place that was not fully packed. We put our name on the list at 6, was told a 45 min wait but were not seated til around 7:15. Then food took an hour to come out. So 1 hour waiting at the door, 1 hour waiting on food, and 1 hour to eat and wait for condiments, silverware, refills, and our check etc. A 3 hour dining experience is especially painful with 4 kids 5 and under in our group who were doing their best to be patient.
