My family and I have dined at this location many times and have enjoyed the food but the service has been hit or miss. Tonight we celebrated my sisters birthday and had a group of 9 without a reservation. They quickly found us a table and made us feel so welcome. Nic was our server and he was FANTASTIC!!!! my husband and I have both worked in the service industry and are very particular when it comes to customer service. I can honestly say that Nic was one of the absolute best...
They don't take reservations and the wait times are long. I probably wouldn't go back. I'm not into paying to cook my own food. I felt the selections were scarece It's a lively place.
Bbq was average for the price. Despite the restaurant only having a few tables full at the time, service was very slow - took over 15 minutes and 3 times asking for just a side of onions to grill. Overall a disappointing experience.
