This used to be a favorite go to place, but it has gone downhill a lot. They used to offer crunchy additions to add to your bowl (wonton strips, lo mein, and crushed peanuts). Now they have taken away potatoes as a ingredient for your bowl. Might be the last time I go.
I just moved back to Texas and I remembered how much I used to really enjoy coming to Genghis Grill. I came with my wife a few weeks ago and it just was not the same. First off, they did not have the sliced beef that I used to get which was a disappointment and then they didn’t have the peanut sauce anymore either. I've been going to this genghis grill since it first opened sadly the quality of it has declined through the years. When I went there on a Sunday it was a packed place with only one server working it got to the point I seen a few people grabbing their cooked bowls off the counter instead of waiting for the server to bring it to them. Eventually another server came but 2 wasn't enough still they also had one cook sometimes the manager would help out but as for my food it tasted...read full review
