As the person asked what I wanted to order, they took my order while staring at their phone and typing. Then proceed to ask again what I wanted again and still got my order wrong and still charged me and the drink was watered down as well and didn’t want to bother to ask them to remake it.

I love Gongcha Frisco! The drinks are always delicious, especially the Pearl Milk Tea with Boba. The boba is perfectly chewy, and the tea has a great flavor. The staff is super friendly and quick, and the shop is clean and inviting. This is my go-to spot for bubble tea—highly recommend it!

Just had the Strawberry Green Tea with Boba at Gongcha Frisco, and it was spot on. The tea was refreshing, and the strawberry flavor was really good—not too sweet, just right. Boba was chewy, exactly how I like it. The staff was chill and got my order out fast. This place is perfect if you’re looking for a solid bubble tea fix. Definitely coming back to try more of their drinks

Went there for the final fantasy collab, ended up really loving the tea! I got all of the ffxiv advertised flavors, I really really really really liked the matcha milk tea! Even went back last weekend to get it again. Also the Lemon Ai Yu is amazing, and so is the strawberry yogurt drink!

Unfortunately my taro milk tea wasn't mixed properly because the powder in my drink had not dissolved. After taking a sip and tasting nothing but a weird powder texture, I looked at my cup and the entire bottom was filled with powder.

I went here for the final fantasy 14 collaboration. The drinks were absolutely delicious. I got the matcha and fat chocobo flavor and a peach drink. You have to buy three drinks, but they all don't have to be the final fantasy ones.
The FFXIV Cactuar Matcha is DELICIOUS. If you get it at 30% sweetness, it’s a creamy, refreshing matcha treat without being overwhelmingly sweet. The milk foam on top is slightly salty which makes for a yummy blend of sweet and salty. The Fat Cat Latté is also really good—tastes like waffles with syrup!! The store location is too small to meet demand (not enough room for people ordering drinks).
The employees were trying really hard to meet demand because wait for drinks was an hour long (people buying 9+ drinks per person). The issue is with Gong Cha corporate for not limiting the number of drinks people could buy in one visit. Hope Gong Cha corporate improves how they manage promotions next time.

Out of the 10 times I’ve been to this location they usually have tapioca balls 3 of those times. They’re usually always out of boba by the time 9pm hits which is in inconvenience since we drive 20 minutes to get here. When they have boba though it’s really good but I just hate how inconsistent their products are

The establishment was really dirty. I looked at floors and they were really disgusting and the person that was serving us had a really bad attitude. I would not recommend people to come here just because of the establishment, the floors, the table and the chairs being really dirty. I can only imagine how the kitchens are, and I regret purchasing something knowing that the floors are disgusting.

Whoever is there now looks like she hates her job and wasn’t very welcoming. Drink doesn’t taste right. Literally taste like water…I’ll just go across the street to my usual spot around here instead of going there. Plus the drinks here are expensive here for the results I got, water boba.
