I’ve had a lot of milk tea, and honestly, Gong Cha is one of the few places that actually do it right. Great service by Jesse. Will come back whenever I’m around.

Not real black tea. Over-priced, semi-dissolved powered ice drink that tastes gross. Go to Starbucks - it's cheaper and better.

Something is off at this location. My normal order is thai tea 30% sweet. On the weekend, it tastes like 30%. On the weekdays, it is way too sweet (tastes like 70%). The staff working weekdays look like they don't want to be there, like another reviewer said, and I can only speculate that's the reason why the drink customizations are ignored. It can't be a training issue because that person has been there forever. Weekend staff weren't friendly either (no greeting whatsoever) but at least the drink was made correctly. Unfortunate considering a medium (smallest size) thai tea with 1 topping is $7. Suggestion to the owners is to hire people that are personable, friendly and passionate about their job.
