Not real black tea. Over-priced, semi-dissolved powered ice drink that tastes gross. Go to Starbucks - it's cheaper and better.

Something is off at this location. My normal order is thai tea 30% sweet. On the weekend, it tastes like 30%. On the weekdays, it is way too sweet (tastes like 70%). The staff working weekdays look like they don't want to be there, like another reviewer said, and I can only speculate that's the reason why the drink customizations are ignored. It can't be a training issue because that person has been there forever. Weekend staff weren't friendly either (no greeting whatsoever) but at least the drink was made correctly. Unfortunate considering a medium (smallest size) thai tea with 1 topping is $7. Suggestion to the owners is to hire people that are personable, friendly and passionate about their job.

I had a great experience at Gong Cha Frisco. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and their matcha slush was one of the best I’ve had in DFW. Since I prefer less sweetness, I customized the sugar level to 30%, and it was perfectly balanced for me—not too sweet, just rich matcha goodness. I will come back to try other drinks soon. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this place!
