Himalayan Spice Frisco offers authentic Nepalese food with excellent ambience and service. The chicken 65 is phenomenal and so flavorful, with both entrees coming out hot and fresh. The momos are some of the best, with a must-try Momo platter, along with the gulnar kofta and foxtail millet kheer. The quality of naan bread is one of the best around DFW area. Other menu items include street style noodles, Palak Paneer, Garlic naan, mix grill, and goat biryani, all amazing. The mixed Lime soda is refreshing. The Paneer Tikka Nachos are a new item but felt like salad instead, with paneer lacking flavor. Overall, it is good food with potential to be even better, offering reasonable prices. The staff is attentive and well groomed, making it a must visit.
