I’ve been going to Jake’s for years.The service has always been good, at times even great.Tonight, however, my family and I encountered a rare, highly sought after, but rarely found, much less experienced, and almost magical *wonderful* service night.Let me introduce you to Gina. At the risk of not being able to monopolize such a wonderful experience, she’s not a 13 bakers dozen of greatness, she’s a full 31-flavors of awesomeness!Professional, polite, personable, engaging and really understands the value in connecting with customers and giving them the experience that everyone so very much wants when they choose to dine out.Whether you’ve been a long time Jake’s fan, or have never been and want to give it a try - ask for Gina. You will thank me, and more importantly yourself for doing so.Head on down, get you some of the best burgers in Texas and make sure you ask for Gina!Now, if I show up, you’ll know it’s the guy who wrote this review, because I’ll be pouting that’s she’s with your party and not mine.
Excellent experience. We ate on the patio which was delightful. Food was delicious, highly recommend the Kicking Chicken in any form. Pretty sure it's breaded in house and it was perfect. Lemonade and sweet tea were the best we had during our visit to Texas. They have great crushed ice too! Loved our server and we were full when we left! Great parking lot behind the building and no problem finding a spot on a random day... But I could see it being difficult during a game since it's right across the street.

Service is fast and friendly, refills drinks frequently. Quesadillas, burgers and hand cut fries taste great, portions are large, price is reasonable. Has Sonic type ice and uses large tumblers. Casual, relaxed ambiance. We eat here every 2 or 3 weeks. Quality has been consistent in both food and service since we started coming here 6 months ago.

I used to love Jake’s burgers. The Jake’s Special takes me back to 1996 and eating burgers with my dad. Today it was not a flashback kind of day. There was barely any dressing and it was kind of cold. Really sad

Stopped in before a football game which was right across the street with lots within walking distance.Food and service were outstanding once we were seated. It was busy but seemed that busy for the wait before being sat. Service was excellent and food was flavorful and filling.
They have a woke manager that freaks out at the slightest issue!

It was an overall great experience. Staff was great, and food was too. Fries were awesome!! First time trying the Turkey burger and it was ok. Maybe I'm more of a beef or chicken kind of person. I tried the tenders and they were food too. Reminded me a bit of the ones at Whataburger.
