The soup looks fresh in the photo....got some very old and questionable soup today. Very pricey for it not to be fresh . Sandwich was ok

Ordered ahead for takeout yesterday, and after I got home, I found out my order is missing a sandwich. I called the restaurant and was given an option to get a refund or come back to pickup the sandwich. I drove back to pickup the rest of my order, but the employee just looked at me and tossed the bag. No apology for messing up the order and making a customer drive all the way back. It was around 3pm and they were not busy.

Thought I would stop here for a late lunch. There were only about 3 patrons inside. I was never acknowledged even while standing at the register. A worker came to the register to grab something and walked away. Right in front of me!!! The other employee was holding a conversation at the other register with a patron for over 5 minutes from the time I had arrived. No one said "hello ", "I'll be right there" nothing!!!!

This location is great, fresh salad bar even right before closing, a very attentive GM and friendly staff. I love the soup selection as well.
Good food and even better service. We ate here after walking around McKinney Town Square as a family. The woman who helped us order was so nice to our kids. The soup I ordered wasn’t what I thought it would be and they were happy to let me try something different. My wife loved the salad bar. I loved the club sandwich with honey mustard. Lots of variety to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Good portions and lots of options for kids meals - most around $5.

I ordered food online at Jason deli off of grubhub. I was parked outside the whole time for the 15 minutes it toke to make. I marked as pick up and they sent my food out for delivery. Why is it so hard to look at what you bagged up. It says pick up is ready not delivery ready. How would someone take a pick up as a delivery. Reason I stop eating out. Food places are messing up

Had a sandwich and gumbo at 9 pm. The sandwich was good but the gumbo didn’t taste very fresh. Now it’s 12 am and I’m rolling around with awful stomach pains so bad I’m sweating.

I haven't been inside a Jason's Deli in over five years and had the pleasure and privilege of salvaging my neglected relationship with the chain by deciding to stop here for lunch. My fiance and I were looking for a place to eat on the way to Dallas, we saw this location coming up, conveniently located right off the highway, so the choice was easy. Upon entering, we saw a long line but that was quickly taken care of by the manager working the order counter - he was courteous and took our order quickly. We waited for our order no longer than ten minutes, our sandwiches were warm and toasty when they were brought to our table. We were really impressed with the fruit - it wasn't the usual bottom-of-the-barrel, borderline fermenting, sad potpourri of grapes and melon you get at restaurants sometimes for the fruit side, no no. The fruit cup had several fat, juicy strawberries, plump grapes, and fresh pineapple. My fiance was pleasantly surprised with the chipotle chicken panini, and I ordered my former favorite - the Amy's Turkey-O. My only gripe with it is the mustard wasn't very spicy, and the turkey portion was smaller than I remember. Otherwise, delicious! We topped off our meal with a soft serve cone, the machine was a little dirty but it's literally free soft serve so I will not be complaining about that.

I eat at Jason’s Deli often. You can’t go wrong with a California Club or the salad bar. I have tried many different things on the menu but these are typically my go-to meals when I eat there. Don’t forget the free ice cream at the end. Never a wait and easy for an in and out experience.
