Sadly , unlike our usual experience at JM , the service was very subpar tonight with the cashier charging for a drink they didn't have and then acting surprised that a refund was expected and both of our subs were not anywhere near the usual quality . The meatball sub tasted very burnt and the Mike's cheesesteak didnt have near as much on it as we usually get at JMs . Hope they get it right soon or we will go elsewhere. It is too expensive to get subpar food.
