I truly appreciate when an establishment is accountable and makes things right. This location was great! We got the wrong sandwich delivered and I called the store. The young man who answered was polite, kind, and understanding. He provided me options to have the sandwich re-made and sent back out or a credit. We chose the re-make as my daughter really wanted their sandwich. The re-make was delivered quickly and the lady who came back out was very kind as well. This is great...
I have to give a huge kudos to Maud at this Jimmy John’s location. I was in desperate need of my favorite combo a #5 Vito sandwhich, a sprite, and of course a bag of salt and vinegar chips and when I tried to order online the chips weren’t showing up. In a panic I had to call and see if they were really out of stock because I would not be able to order lunch at all if they were out. Luckily the amazing Maud answered the phone and let me know they just received a whole truck...
Middle of the afternoon lunch. Dirty tables everywhere. Tables by the doors had rolled up rugs in one set of the booth on both. Slow to get the food out to us even though they were not busy. Food was as expected, but one napkin per sandwich is not adequate.
