Visited Frisco for the weekend and popped into Kin-D to try their take on Lao food. I was super impressed at how authentic and flavorful each dish was! I had lunch with 6 people so we were able to taste several dishes including the veggie and pork rolls, Lao sausage, garlic pork bites, nam khao, khao piak, mee ka tee, basil and curry fried rice, and pad thai.I was super impressed that they had nam khao and mee ka tee - two dishes I love but rarely see at restaurants.Overall everything was delicious and despite coming during a lunch rush and ordering a ton of dishes, all the food came out in a timely manner.Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Came here when visiting Dallas and surprised to find they had true Lao dishes! My friends and I ordered a bunch and shared. My favorite dishes were the garlic pork bites, they were so crispy and tender! the pad Thai and nam khao were my favorite entrees . I really appreciated that they had different spice levels to customize your dish. They also had mee ka tee! As a Lao woman it’s hard to find authentic Lao food when I travel, so I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied ?

Incompetence! I ordered a papaya salad to go and now I have a car that smells like fish sauce. 1. How do you have a kitchen cut a head of lettuce so thick you can't close the Togo box. 2. How do you have a packer that doesn't even bother to close the lid?! 3. I was told 10-15min, ended up waiting 30 min for a spring roll and papaya salad. Don't come for lunch

Wife ordered a Pad Tai with beef. The meet had a funny smell - old smell - and it was tough. I had a curry that was good. They refunded wife's meal and offered another.

We decided to check out this Thai restaurant for lunch. You walk in and place your order. They have a big board with menu items and take-out brochure with more details about the menu items. This was our first time here. We ordered Fresh Rolls with Chicken (in rice paper) and peanut sauce, Pot Stickers, Mee Ka Tee soup, Pad Thai with beef, Yellow curry with beef, and one soda. Total bill was a little over $69. The fresh rolls were HUGE! When I looked at them I thought there wasn't much chicken, but it looked like a slice of chicken breast to one side. The rest was filled with noodles, lettuce, and carrots. The peanut sauce was very thick, but a nice taste, wish it was thinner to make dipping a little easier. Pot stickers were fried and had a good flavor. It was accompanied by sweet/sour sauce which was also good. Pad thai with beef - all the flavors were nice, but the beef was REALLY tough. This was why they lost a star. Mee Ka Tee soup was good. It had just the right amount of spice for me since I took a risk and ordered medium. It really was more like a mild spice level. The yellow curry dish was the star for me. The broth had a slightly sweet taste and a little bite (medium spice level). I tasted the broth first and I closed my eyes and said Yum for the flavor. It wasn't perfect; the potatoes were undercooked and the carrots should be cut smaller. I would definitely order this dish again. The prices are slightly high, but you get large portions. I have enough left over for a couple of meals.

Young girl taking orders was quick, friendly and pleasant. Ordered Pad Tai with beef and panang curry with chicken. The curry was good. The pad tai beef was dry and chewy. It also had a strange smell and taste. It was as if it had been pre-cooked a few days ago and left sitting in water. We won't be coming back unfortunately.

I had ordered the curry fried rice. And it was well cooked and the spice level was also right. Also had taken Thai Iced tea. Which they had put in a bag well so that it was easy to care. Ambience there is really nice you can stand /Sit to enjoy your food. I would recommend to try !

Fresh rolls are awful. Not only did I wait for them for 30 min, the inside of the rolls are nothing but cabbage

The shrimp pad thai had a good flavor and spice level [medium]. I'd order here again.

Pretty good food for being located in the middle of nowhere. This is strictly carryout, I didn't notice any seating. Counter service

Rolls not normally this size and lettuce is old. I ordered peanut sauce and did not receive. Been a customer for a while and the quality of food and service has gone downhill. Threw it in the trash.
