$18 for 12 itty bitty doughnuts? Holy cow! I won’t be going back to KK. The prices are absurd.
I Have visited two times for this location, two worst experiences. Most unprofessional employees in this location.

Is it not possible to reheat the doughnuts if you aren’t going to serve them fresh? Very disappointing and kind of ruined our excitement for the treat we wanted to give my mom and daughter. I didn’t even eat them because who wants cold doughnuts? Not me. Also the doughnut holes were all stuck together in chunks of 3-4 and didn’t look appetizing on top of being cold. I won’t be returning for a while, if at all.

Ive been going to this Krispy cream pretty often these past few months. Sometimes they're out of donuts I want or they don't have the hot lattes that I order. The donuts have been good, but when I or the lattes, sometimes they don't mix it. Today is the second time in a row where the syrup is sitting at the bottom of the cup. They don't give me anything to mix my coffee with either. I end up drinking my coffee bitter until I get about 2/3rds of the way and stop because the syrup is too sweet to drink but it's self. The workers there haven't been a problem for me so far either.

Donuts are good. Service is subpar. We came when the hot and fresh sign was on, bought 6 doughnuts and was not offered a free glazed like was normal. We asked about it and the worker said he put them in the box. Well he didn’t put any extra in the box, he put what we ordered, so we paid for 2 donuts that we should’ve gotten for free. We also were ignored when we entered and didn’t get acknowledged for a while.

This is by far the worst location I have ever visited. They never have any options other than plain glaze. Then to top it off today, the made me pay for 12 glaze to go, yet gave me 16 of yesterdays donuts that were flavorless.

The saddest most pathetic $30+ 2 dozen donuts I have EVER purchased from Krispy Creme. To start .. I was advised they ONLY had glazed, then got this pathetic 2 dozen glazed donuts. This store should be ashamed of putting out a product like this. No one would ever think Krispy Kreme donuts would be served like this... WHY DIDNT I CHECK THEM BEFORE I LEFT!?!?!? No frosting, extremely small and GUMMY LIKE THEY WERE BARELY COOKED.
I wished I had read the awful reviews before I made the 30 minute drive to this place. There is so much more that negatively affected my visit... Just don't feel like writing it all.

This Krispy Kreme is Garbage. They dont honor the hot and ready as Krispy Kreme has been a thing. Also the manager or so called manager is rude. Spend your $ elsewhere!

What a waste of $30. I can understand why I see so many Kristy Kreme’s that have closed. The donuts were terrible at 9:30 in the morning.
I picked up a couple assorted dozens and they were tough and chewy instead of what I remember being a fluffy, yeast risen donut. I unfortunately didn’t open the box before getting home and the iced donuts looked as though they had been smashed.

walked in 2 ppl at the fron didnt say anything to me acted like i wasnt even there. this guy that came from the back greeted me to tell me they didnt have what i ordered which is fine so i just said cancel my order. guy in a polo said he could but they werent saying anything else. i had to ask if i was getting a receipt that shows my order was gonna be canceled or if it was gonna be now or later cuz NOBODY was saying anything. the guy in polo kept packing donut holes then when he felt like it cancelled my order and came back but didnt say ANYTHING and kept packing donut holes. i saw the email and just walked out but when i got in my car i saw him get in my view and laugh and he kept looking out the window and laugh. talk about being childish and unprofessional. i would suggest retraining or replacing staff

I placed an order for donuts at a Krispy Kreme store, and I received a text from DoorDash saying my order was on its way. However, the donuts never arrived, and I never even got to see them. That day, I spent half of my day trying to resolve the issue.
The next day, I was so frustrated that I went to the store myself and spoke to a manager named Stacy to request a cancellation. Since then, I haven’t received any confirmation or email about the cancellation.
I’ve called Krispy Kreme customer service multiple times, speaking to agents like Tia and Sera over the course of several days, and I’ve sent three emails. Yet, there’s been no resolution.
How much more mental stress do I have to endure over $59 for donuts I never even received?
Your poor handling of customer complaints is only making me angrier. Does this even make sense?
I finally got a response from a Krispy Kreme representative on my review for the first time. Honestly, I find this ridiculous.
