I never have an issue with Krispy Kreme. This location is clean and easily accessible. Staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I do wish they could have provided a Superman donut without the filling for my son, but the staff was at least kind. I just got something else for him.

Went here with my friend on Saturday and the girl in the drive thru was rude, unattentive and unsanitary. I saw her NOT use gloves to touch the donuts and she said they were out of a kind we ordered but didn’t check because the manager behind her said hey we actually have 4 more… she didn’t speak to use just handed us the box and took my card. Very disappointed in that employee.

Drove 20 minutes; 40 minutes round trip to get less than fresh, cold, small donuts with a big hole in the middle. What a disappointment. This used to be one of my favorites!

At the National Donut Day, they weren't prepared; people came in for donuts and left without them!
I really dont like to give bad reviews, but man this place is terrible. My local donut shop down the street shut down a couple of weeks ago and i thought i would give KK a shot. Tonight was my 3rd time coming in and each time has been very poor. I walked in tonight at 720 pm. They were completely out of donuts and i was told this was all they have left. They dont close for almost another 3 hours! How can you stop makinh donuts 3 hours before you close on Saturday night? Aside from that there was a kid hosing down all the equipment...lol. i would assume this does not have a local owner as they would have already responded to all the bad reviews. Most likely a corporate owned store. I know this is not normal for KK as i go to the one in denver and it is fantastic. Dont waste your time. There are other donut shops that actually seem to run a good business and would be happy to have you as a customer.

Completely horrible experience came in with my son on Saturday morning sold us stale donuts and then refused to replace them only offered us glazed donuts to replace fancy ones we ordered had to demand or money back .It’s supposed to be a pleasant Saturday morning Both Managers were exceptionally rude Joey and Dee

I drove 30 min to hear that there machine donuts was broken the girl staff was nice but I don’t think she talked good English and shouldn't be working a front desk so hard to understand her. A waste of 30min ever ! The donuts where not hot at all and isn’t Krispy Kreme known for the to be fresh and hot coming out of the machine? It feels like I went to the grocery store to get donuts ! Get this store together don’t go there the worst !!!!
