I stopped by the Krispy Kreme at 8815 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The service was absolutely incredible. Everyone there was genuinely kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with from start to finish.
We came in to pick up donuts for a holiday work event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The donuts were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, exactly what you hope for when you think of Krispy Kreme. It was clear the team takes real pride in both their product and their customer service.
This location truly stands out. Exceptional service, wonderful people, and perfect donuts. I highly recommend this Krispy Kreme and will definitely be back. Five stars without hesitation.

Business open!! No lights on, only one door open, restrooms a mess. Customer service NONE… All employees didn’t care to help any of the customers. No drinks in front coolers. Cold doughnuts,Drove 2 hours for this… Have been here several times and it’s disappointing that this establishment could care less about its customers. Dunkin’ Donuts at the gas station can do better. SMH

Ordered the holiday Peanuts dozen. All of the donuts were old and a stale. A few so stale they were hard and inedible. Very disappointing. Attempted to call the store to let them know so the problem wouldn't continue through the day, but no one answered.

First when did Krispy Kreme stop doing the sour cream donuts. Ugh. Secondly thanks to this location for giving me the most stale of donuts. I bought my staff donuts paid $19 for a box for my staff to enjoy tomorrow. We are getting up early for an event and I wanted to get them a treat. I had a piece today because it’s been a while I missed them I grew up on Krispy Kreme. I was the kid getting the hats and wearing them all week. To bed. To school to church. Yea that nerd. They gave me super stale ones I don’t even wanna give my staff 😭

I had a coupon of $5 dollar of per dozen donuts. The coupon was not honored when I bought 2 dozens of donuts. Very rude cashier and the manager too. When I told the manager that I will provide negative survey, he encouraged me to do so. He did not even care. I do not remember seeing this kind of rude and crude behavior in my life

It’s no wonder yall have bad reviews. They talk to you stupid and they didn’t have my order that I placed online. Bad customer service. Should’ve read the reviews before placing my order. And on top of that their drive thru is the only thing open ..??? Ugh

We are regular customers here, this happened on Sunday 10/19 at 5:45 PM, The person at the counter was very rude and made us repeat the order multiple times and when asked for an explanation, shut the door on our face, the management should avoid employing such people who are clearly racist, short tempered and uncouth, avoid this place at all costs
