Donuts. There was a promo going on for a free donut if you came in. It was slow and the teen working the counter couldn't be bothered to greet anyone coming in, or kindly ask what we wanted. Just looked at us with a blank stare until we made our order. We ordered a donut, which be bagged. Then we asked about the promo free donut and he got it and nearly tossed it at me, barely wrapped in the parchment. I wasn't expecting this and almost didn't catch it. Then he charged us for the free promo donut. There is a further location to us than this one and never experienced this sort of thing there. We know which location not to go to.

Great donuts! They are more pricier than the mom and pop donut shops but we were excited to try them. It had been years since I had one and I was pleasantly surprised they were still pretty good. Smaller than the donuts I am used to getting but the taste made up for the size lol.

Another customer and I were ignored at register as we waited to order while one single person tried to manage drive up window. Manager ignored our calls for assistance. Finally...incredibly expensive IMO for 3 glazed donuts, one chocolate milk and one small coffee. $10.00. Not for my budget. Much cheaper options available. Sometimes we pay a bit extra for service but this location offered very poor service. No reason to return.

I waited 15 minutes for them to open at 6am. When they opened the what seemed to be manager greeted me. However, the woman helping me seemed to have an attitude. She brought my donuts and I asked if they were hot. She replied no. I waited to see if she would asked would you like them hot but she didn't. So I asked. She replied we don't start serving hot donuts until about 7am. Which I replied that kind of defeats the purpose. Why would you open up with no hot donuts!? I could go to Walmart and get cold Krispy Kreme donuts. If it takes an hour to get hot donuts out maybe you should get going an hour before you open.
