Love this place. The sushi is great and always fresh. It's my kids favorite restaurant as they love the Karaage Chicken, watching the conveyer belts, the drink robots, and putting the plates into the slot. This location is usually less busy than the Plano location and imo has more consistently good quality sushi and customer service so we come here even though it's a bit more of a drive for us.Parking: Parking gets a bit crowded with all of the other popular stores and restaurants in the areaKid-friendliness: As mentioned in my review this is my kids favorite restaurant, and they want to go here practically every time we go out.

Dirty tables and dishes.Cold and old albacore. Sweet shrimp had a fishy taste . The tuna toro, salmon was good though.Service was subpar. Not one time they asked if we needed anything. Had to go ask for it.

Was good sushi, we were that at a weird time so it was slow. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed watching the robot roll around serving drinks. Kids around us seemed to enjoy it as well.

Nice place for sushi . Options of sushi are good. Few main course available. If first time they will help you how ordering works else they don’t bother and you can just enjoy the food. There are couple of vegetarians options and they were good too. Overall would say great for seafood based sushi.

We have always enjoyed our visits to Kura but this last visit they stepped up their service game. As always, we enjoy getting to try a variety of sushi from the rising belt while ordering our established favorites as needed. Top two are Golden Crunchy and Tiger Roll, btw. On this visit, customer service seemed to be a new priority. The Biostar was especially friendly and helpful and once sat, a variety of employees regularly checked on us, offered us refills, and were very pleasant. This has been one of our favorite since finding it and will continue to be so for time to come!
