Edit: sometimes they do incorrectly give regular tenders instead of spicy. The regular tenders are very good too. If it happens to me I know I'll come back anyway. Still 5 star food.

I went here for the first time and my experience was nothing but great! My food was hot and fresh! I would like to acknowledge the young lady with the purple hair(pretty) customer service was a 10!!!

We come here often and I just have to say we used to always feel rushed when ordering through drive thru as the girl usually same girl as we recognized voice would say “anything else” after we ordered. The last couple visits we have had has been the complete opposite! The staff is friendly and not rushing at all when ordering through drive thru. Tonight the girl was so sweet!

I ordered a meal in the drive Through lane. I ordered the 5 piece with a sweet tea and added potato salad. At the window I added a shake but after I got home the potato salad was not in my bag. I tried calling the store to get the issue rectified but no answer as they were busy. The option to leave a voicemail is great if the voice mail box was not full so I could not even get in touch with anyone.

**Overcharges on online ordering**
I had placed an order of 1 family pack online through website for the first time here for pick up. I received a notification that the order is ready for pickup.When I went to the window to take my order they asked me to come inside and pick the order. Inside they made me wait for 10mins plus when I looked up on the screen the price of family pack was$44 and on the website they charged me $47.99. I asked the manager why I was overcharged he was not at all helpful and did not care or tried to understand the matter. His behavior was very disappointing. Well I figured out that online website has a technical flaw and they extra charge in the name of DoorDash service even though they are not giving any. Anyways the food was good (very small portions though )but I guess I will not go back there again because of the insensitivity the store showed and how they wrongfully extra charged me. For others advice is not to place order on website because they overcharge you there.

The very first time I went in…menu display was not in order. I asked price checks of 3 or 4 piece chicken alone, & meal price, to compare . The waitress was quite annoyed w/ my questions. I apologized & said it’s my 1st time inside there. Waitress had beaded piercing across her nose. I ordered a shake, tasted like 1/4 bottle of chocolate syrup inside, YECH! I couldn’t drink it! I took it home: added several scoops of vanilla ice cream & milk, so it tasted better. If I return, I probably will go through drive-thru, & get a different cashier. Extra training could benefit her & the customers!

Food is okay, nothing like the original which is understandable. Also I get what they’re trying to do by being inclusive to people with disabilities and I respect it but just be warned the guy working the floor is VERY talkative. To the point you’re eating your lunch and he’s still talking. Please don’t be offended, just sharing my experience.
