We ordered takeout online and the order was around 10-15 min later than what the ordering system had said. The hostess failed to remember my name 15 seconds after I told her first, which would be okay if the place was busy but it was dead empty with more workers than customers. On top of that, looks like they haven’t paid for their guest WiFi so I am assuming they are going out of business soon.Food is decent: not great but not bad. There are other spots in the area with better quality and customer service at a better price, I probably will not return.

Went here with my daughters since they were still here from Christmas. What a disappointment. Mind you I had been here before and the chicken was good had amazing crunch. But this time I feel like I wasted my money who pays $70 for mediocre food. The tenders were not covered with sauce the fries were lukewarm. We were going to eat in but the restrooms were not clean so we decided to get the order to go. 30 wings 10 tenders and 2 fries. My daughters said it was okay but it could have been better and in the past it has been. So upset.

Atmosphere is very chill. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Our first time visiting the young lady offered some great dishes for my family and I to try which were delicious! We have a picky eater in the family and he gave it a 5 star review. It has now definitely become a go for great food and service. All around great experience here. Highly recommend! Oh and kids menu Mac and cheese, lemon pepper wings, spicy chicken sandwich and scallion chicken were all amazing! Portions were definitely larger than expected so bring an appetite.

I don't know why it's a pet peeve of mine but I really don't like when restaurants bring out entrees before the appetizer. I especially don't like it when they don't bring all of the entrees all at once. My husband's bowl came out first then the TOPPOKI came out 5 minutes later however wings didn't come out until 20 minutes after the toppoki. The bulgogi bowl comes in a stone bowl but the rice isn't even crispy. Thats the whole point of serving it in the bowl. TOPPOKI was delicious, I loved the sauce but I think it's ridiculous that they charge $4 to add 4 pieces of fried dumplings l. Wings were cooked perfectly but took way too long to come out and it also feels like something is missing with this entree.Overall customer service was okay. The restaurant didn't have many customers yet service is still slow.

Great service - the chicken is bad.I loved Mad For Chicken when I lived in new york.I was excited for this chicken, but after the 40 minute wait for the chicken… it was BAD. I got so many wings and I didn’t want to be wasteful so I took them home in a takeout box.The next day I tossed the chicken in some sauces I had at home so that they could at the very least have some flavor, it was surprisingly easy not to make bad chicken. After I ate my doctored leftovers I realized how much it disappointed me that I waited 40 minutes for someone in the kitchen to fumble the bag this hard. I’m not asking for a michelin star meal. It’s ok. We went with great friends and that was worth the journey.Service was great.

The chicken tenders are so big, and the waitress was really helpful :) We got the soy garlic, lemon pepper and Kentucky bourbon.

Their fried chickens is ordered to cook so it will take 25 mins, but it worth the waiting. I particularly like their garlic sauce favor for fried chickens. Beware their nachos bowl are huge. They have 6 big screen TVs. Good place for friends to hangout.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!! This is now my FAVORITE restaurant!! My family took me here for my birthday ~ We had the korean fried chicken (the tenders are huge!), tteokbokki (spelled topokki on the menu), kimchi fries (so good!!!), and kimchi bowl. It was so much food and all so good - plenty for lunch and dinner the next day. Best tteokbokki and korean fried chicken I've had in a LONG TIME. On top of the food, they played kpop music the entire time - my favorite!!! I've never been to a restaurant that played kpop before (at least around here). I can't wait to go back!!

Second time getting take-out. Highly recommend lemon pepper wings paired with the avocado salad. Chicken is tangy, super crispy and moist. The salad is made with a fresh lettuce blend, topped with ample avocado slices and the dressing is flavorful. We get one salad to split between 4 people it is so big.

First time here. Dinned for lunch. My server lack communication with menu. I ordered 2 tender combos and asked for bleu cheese. The server brought out 2 ranches. When I asked where was the bleu cheese- she said there wasn’t any. So I asked for two other sauces to dip. I also requested my chicken to not be dipped in any sauce and instead on the side. Once time to pay I was charged for the sauce on the side because I didn’t want it on my chicken and then charged for the sauces I asked for because they didn’t have the bleu cheese. She said the ranch was free. I explained to her that she lacked communication of the upcharges. Our server seemed uninterested in serving us and more in a rush to get us out. She sat us, brought our food, and ticket. I was not impressed with the chicken. More of a fried fillets and the only good thing I can say is that the food was hot. Customer service lacked.
