Hello, I ordered food today, and the food appeared spoiled.
It had a bad smell/taste, and I’m very concerned about food safety.
I tried calling multiple times but could not reach anyone.
I would like a refund and would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

If you’re craving Korean food, this place is a must-visit. The beef bulgogi is incredibly flavorful and tender, and the spicy pork bulgogi has just the right amount of heat. The japchae is also a standout—perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Definitely a go-to spot! I will be back!

First time dining in, and we tried the tteokbokki, bulgogi, and hot stone bowl rice—everything was delicious! Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Food is pretty good. It's a cantee style restaurant where you help yourself with a lot of the things. I would say it's a bit salty for me and the price is a bit expensive.

I ordered the Seafood Soondubu. I was honestly disappointed. It was all tofu. There was one big shrimp and two mussels. That was it. The flavor was decent but had an after taste. The fried dumplings were good. Its a good size restaurant....only one toilet for men.

I'm still fuming thinking about Mama's Kitchen. Waited 15+ mins for food, and the lady in the picture spent the whole time on the phone 🤯. No welcome, no apology, nothing. Got my order wrong, and then she had the audacity to yell at me. And to top it off, she asked if I know how to use chopsticks 😒. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! That lady needs retraining!

this place is the real deal! got their soondubu with beef and got it spicy and i love that they cut up a whole jalapeño and put it in the soup. it was savory and spicy and on par with some of the soondubus i’ve had in korea. the owners and workers there were really sweet and made sure i knew where all the utensils were and how to order at the kiosk. sooooo tasty

A blessing in disguise. I woke up unwell on Thanksgiving day. My plans to cook and join my family were instantly shattered. In a desperate search for a healthy, nourishing soup, I came across this Korean restaurant. It’s exactly what I needed. I’ve been back 3 times and everyone is always so pleasant, not to mention the wonderful, “homemade” quality food.

Mama Kitchen Korean is such a great spot! I love the cozy, casual atmosphere and how friendly the staff is. It’s self-service, which makes everything quick and easy. The food is delicious, portions are satisfying, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a go-to place in Frisco for good Korean food. Highly recommend! 😊

This is THE spot! My go-to is the soondubu/spicy pork combo. Wish the spicy pork was more spicy but otherwise it’s delicious. Every time I visit, it’s like going to my Korean friend’s house for family dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and the ladies there literally are like a couple of neighborhood mamas! Highly recommend.

Best place around! Highly recommend. They treat us like family here. Beef bulgogi is our favorite. Great portion size. Taste and cut of meat are top tier. Always happy to see us and that means a lot.
