I would recommend finding a different location if ordering delivery. I tried to call and let them know what happens with their orders for delivery and how their lids were not secure and how to FIX this for a better customer experience and the lady had NO intentions of fixing this KNOWING orders are making it for delivery as a melted mess in a bag. instead she argued and gave me attitude. sorry guys if you receive messy door dash orders. we tried ?i told her I'm not arguing, take the advice or leave it, I tried to let them know for better customer experience.

If there were no chocolate chips in the cake I would give them three stars for getting to order wrong, but since there were about 10 chocolate chips they knew they were meant to be there they just did an awful job.

I was so excited about my recent visit, because Marble Slab has been a comfort since my teen years , but this time I was quite disappointed. The waffle bowl was good, but the rainbow sprinkles were gritty and taste like chewing chalk pellets. Please get fresh sprinkles, I want to keep coming back.

Went during a very small window that I had for some ice cream I was craving, arrived at 12:34 on a Thursday (opens at 12:30) and no one was there, doors locked. I waited for 10 minutes (in august in the Texas heat, mind you) and no one showed. Very disappointed and won't be coming back and wasting my time.
